Eyes On Park

I had my first appointment at eyes on Park and it was excellent. Dr Antwi was friendly, warm, and very professional. She's highly skilled and knowledgeable, and she made the entire visit feel comfortable and easy. The front desk staff were welcoming and very helpful. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend.

I'm very disappointed with my experience at this office. I had an eye exam on 11/14, and Dr. Afua Antwi was kind, professional, and knowledgeable, no issues there. Unfortunately, everything after checkout was frustrating. While paying for my glasses, the receptionist assisting me was having a side conversation and did not acknowledge me. I was told my glasses would be ready in 7-14 days, yet the following day I received a call asking which frames I chose, suggesting my order had been mixed up. After 14 days with no update, I called and was told my glasses were still being worked on. A week later, I called again and was told the machine had been broken for two weeks, this was never communicated beforehand, and no apology was offered. The next week, I was told the machine was fixed but there was now a back order. The communication throughout this entire process was awful, and I had to repeatedly call just to get inconsistent answers. After more than a month, I was told my glasses were ready and someone would call me back within 15 minutes. No one did. When I followed up, I was then told the frames were actually on back order. I asked to cancel, and was later promised the order would be rushed, with a call on Monday and pickup on Tuesday, 12/23. No one called either day. I went into the office Tuesday afternoon and was told the glasses were ready, despite never being notified. The receptionist I dealt with throughout this process, (the one wearing pink scrub bottoms today) who sits on the left when you walk in, had a consistently dismissive attitude that made the experience uncomfortable. After leaving, I realized the prescription was incorrect, with the left lens very blurry. When I returned, my concern was brushed off, and I overheard it being described dismissively to another staff member. I was told the prescription was "correct" and to come back when the doctor was in. At this point, I no longer feel comfortable returning. While Dr. Antwi and another receptionist were pleasant, the lack of communication and unprofessional attitude overshadowed what should have been a simple process. I now have glasses I can't use and will need to get fixed elsewhere.

I was having an issue with my right eye and even though I wasn't a returning patient they were kind enough to fit me in on a busy Saturday! The staff were all very nice and the Dr. Antwi was knowledgeable, helpful, and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them!

I have been with Eyes On Park for more than five years; I love their professionalism and commitment to their work. I am grateful I found this place. I thank you so much Dr. A. Antwi and your team.

Place was moderately busy. All support staff were appropriately involved. Parking was difficult to find, but I managed to park on a nearby side street. But Dr. Natalie Hanson is supurb--technically adept AND very personable. I had a thorough eye examination with dilation, and was well pleased with Dr. Hanson's execution a professionalism...she also took time to explain a non-concerning characteristic of my eyes with of which I was already aware, but it was impressive that she would provide this depth of clinical detail. Also, I looked at the frames and decided to keep my current ones, and no pressure was put on me to purchase new--which I find extraordinarily welcome. I would rate my experience as a 9.7 on a 1-10 scale with 1=unsatisfied and 10=most satisfied.

I had my appointment the other day and I didn't know what it looked like until I got there and the parking lot is tight. But then you walk in and the place is beautiful! Everything is new with updated technology. Glasses and sunglasses selection are great. I love my doctor she was great! The only thing is the receptionists are the techs too, wasn't used to that. They were training people. But overall it was great.
