I couldn't be more happy with Dr. Solinsky and his team. He is a top notch doctor with a very pleasant bedside manner. My two surgeries for cataract removal and laser lens implants were perfect! I highly recommend him to everyone looking for the best eye doctor out there. Thank you!

My appointment was for 8:00 am. Got taken into the coat room at 8:30. At 8:15 and 8:25 I was told they were "getting a room ready" for me. Then back to the waiting room to wait for the doctor. No regard for my time! If I showed up a half hour late for my appointment they wouldn't see me. Need to be better on appointment times.

Horrible practice. Willimantic office is horrible. I left a review a few months back on my mom's behalf and I'm leaving another on my behalf. The staff was rude. There was a lot of gossiping I could hear, and AGAIN it looked to be the manager with a staff member regarding another staff member that was just fired. I don't think this place is professional at all! Just go elsewhere. Not worth your time! The eye exam was horrible. The Dr had bad breath. Not going back. 2nd time there in 6mons experiencing the exact same stuff. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Incredibly manipulative practices. Beware they will find a way to bill you outside of your insurance, regardless of what your insurance covers. They love to shove forms for you to sign in your face and say, when you try to read it, that it's the same you've seen before. Turns out these forms are blankets for them to disguise charges and get your "approval". Disgusting how they are trained to manipulate anyone who comes in. Additionally, their new check-in system is wildly confusing - you are supposed to be directed to the provider with a green circle and then none of them are green. Took 15 minutes to get checked in to a routine eye exam and I have been a patient for years. Incredibly inefficient and will not be returning. They also are insanely bad at record-keeping and billing. They'll send you a "you owe 8 dollars outstanding balance" letter for months and when you call and sit on hold with them, they eventually tell you it is all in error. Awful practice.

Be prepared to see the check in person, then the MA/RN??, then moved to another waiting area. Then another MA/RN with the dr. Then back to the waiting room. Wait for the lady that will take payment, then wait for another lady to schedule your next appointment! Literally ONE person in that whole office was smiling, everyone else looked miserable.Unbelievable the wait time, the whole process is terrible, somebody needs to do something to make it better. ADVICE- Tell your patients that your appointment is for such n such a time but be prepared to be here for more than a hour or TWO. If you warn your patients about this they can plan life accordingly. Also write it in their follow up paperwork.

I have been going to Solinsky EyeCare for years. I have seen Dr. Lee for an eye issue requiring quarterly Botox injections and Dr. Lee and the office staff and assistants are very helpful and friendly.
I just recently met Dr. Solinsky for my cataract surgeries and couldn't be more pleased. The surgical center in Rocky Hill is easily assessable and very welcoming. I was made to feel really comfortable while there and the surgery was over before I knew it. It totally changed my eyesight, and the only downside was that I hadn't done this years earlier and enjoyed having restored sight
with vivid colors and total clarity. I highly recommend Solinsky EyeCare and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Would give 100 stars if I could. I had laser surgery for cataracts on both eyes. The team is professional, friendly and ready to answer any questions. It was obvious that the staff enjoyed their work and worked together to assist patients through pre and post surgical procedures. I now see details and colors and can read without glasses! My world has expanded and once again can drive after dark! Thank you Dr. Solinsky and your amazing team.
