Inclima Eye Care

"Colleen" is an Awful receptionist here.This woman who seems to primarily work the front desk should really get out of medical or any hospitality job, because she does not know how to speak to people. I made a same-day appointment to be seen for something I was concerned about and she failed to communicate that this place was out of network with my insurance until after I was checking out for the visit and then tried to throw a large upfront Bill in my face for the "service". When I asked kindly and upfront why that was, she spoke condescendingly and patronized me, saying that I didn't understand my insurance benefits when I've never had this happen before. Anytime I've gone to a provider and they were out of network, They always told me almost immediately over the phone to prevent stuff like this happening. Then, when I called the primary insurance holder to talk to him over the phone about it (not to her), she continued to try to speak over me. She Was dismissive saying it's not her job to tell me that they are out of network with my insurance, even though she asked for the insurance over the phone before I got there and after I got there in person. It's incredible that she hasn't gotten reported before considering how comfortable she was speaking to me in the way that she did. The doctor and technicians were all very nice, respectful people. Unfortunately, now the office will reap the consequences of the situation because she failed to communicate.

Dr. Inclima and his staff are amazing. They are so professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Chris is so thorough. I would recommend this practice whole heartedly.

I was there for a very thorough examination following my cataract surgery. All of the providers and staff were fully committed to serving my needs and ensuring my their support. The administrative office definitely went that extra mile for me. Thank you.

"Doctor Chris" is a true professional, efficient, and friendly! He performs complete, thorough, and painless eye exams! While testing, (even your glasses) he explains each step so you understand, then answers any questions you may have. Insurances are accepted.

Everyone was very kind, and welcoming. I got my glasses a week early, and they made sure to call me and let me know. Dr. Inclima was also very kind and informative. 5 stars!
