Made an appointment over a month ago on the phone for an eye exam - get a text the day before confirming the appointment. I arrive the next day to be told the doctor isn't in. No care or effort to let me know and others who also booked appointments that day that the doctor wouldn't be in. Seems like a reoccurring issue that isn't getting taken care of and continually wasting patients time

Burdette is amazing and helped us select frames with such an intuition and quickness--very impressive! She is so friendly, informative, and helpful! The staff and doctor are very professional and we highly recommend the team!!

12/17/16, I had my eye exam at the Compo location. The optometrist was excellent and professional. The manager on duty helped me try-on and pick out glasses. She was very good. 1/3/17, I went in to pick up my glasses, and unfortunately, as you can see from the picture below, the frames were scratched. Also, the left and right arms have scratches, and the screw on the right arm hinge is different from the left. The manager working (different from first) said she would order me a new frame and exchange it when it arrives within a couple of weeks. I was told I'd be called when they are in. 1/14/17, I picked up my new frames and had them fitted. All good. As you can see below, I received a prompt response to my review from Cohen's corporate customer support. They were excellent. (Special thanks to Christine and Jenna.) It was the type of customer care I would expect, and in fact, exceeded my expectations in terms of the amount and type of follow up, promptness of communications, etc. I felt taken care of. They reached out to the compo location to ensure my new frames were ordered promptly. While I may not do return business with this location, I will continue to use Cohen's in the future. It's great to know that the corporate office and customer care people are so attentive and willing to get involved and advocate on my behalf. Fortunately, with many Cohen's locations, I'll be able to choose a new one in the future that is also convenient for me.

I've been a loyal customer to this Cohens for 5+ years and ordered through them many times. I only needed 2 days worth of contact samples and was refused them under the guise of "new management" but they still have my entire order and customer history. Will never be returning.

I was in need of new glasses and contacts and was able to make a next day appointment, was fitted for contacts and able to wear them out of the store same day. The machine for cutting lenses was broken but repaired next day and my glasses were ready and someone brought them to me at home. Every single person at Cohen's from the dr to the storefront goes above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Great experience! My mom needed to get new eyeglasses, and they were able to get her an eye exam same day, and Louise helped her select some great looking frames. On top of that, they had the Rx lenses she needed in stock, so made her glasses that day and delivered them to her house when they were ready. And if that weren't enough, they also fixed the frames on her current pair for free. Thank you Cohen's Fashion Optical team!

I lost my glasses and was freaking out...I need them for work and have a complicated prescription so I couldn't just go buy some readers etc. Minh and team took such good care of me! They were extremely helpful, professional and kind. Minh even made me a custom pair of readers so I could get some work done! I'm grateful for their care and highly recommend this location!

I was worried about coming in since I have read so many terrible reviews about this particular branch... But I was really desperate to get an eye exam and get new frames and saw they had a coupon! I immediately booked an appointment and was not disappointed at all. The staff was amazing, helpful, kind, and not pushy at all. They cared their customers so nicely while I was there and were so great. I have no idea what everyone else is talking about. Will definitely go back again!
