We loved Dr Galvin! She was amazing but unfortunately she left the practice. The other eye doctor dropped my daughter as a patient because I rescheduled her appointment because she was sick. They were extremely rude when I called and tried to explain why I wanted to reschedule. All they care about is money not the child. Do not go here!

My son used to see Dr. Galvin , she was very nice and because no other doctor can see him because of his insurence. If you need to transfer all the patient history they give hard time and they are so rude. I have to agree with the other reviews they are so rude.

My son failed a vision test the pediatrician recommended this office I called to schedule a appointment the lady that answered was very rude told me she couldn't schedule a appointment because she needed a note from the doctor, call my doctor back tell them what I was told he sent the document I waited a week for the call back never received one so I called to see if now I was able to schedule it but no answer try again next day the same lady answered the phone and told that didn't have any referral for my son so I could schedule the appointment and also told me that the doctor was booked until November that I should call my doctor and referred my son to another doctor I told her I didn't need a referral with my insurance she asked me what insurance I have and then told me that the referral is for the doctor purpose not for the insurance later that day let me a voice mail that they will schedule it but I already scheduled a appointment with another doctor like she told me to.

I want to profusely thank Dr. Jennifer Galvin for treating my daughter's eye condition, which with her help is fully resolved!! My daughter has been seen by Dr. Galvin for the last 9 months, and I am very pleased with the general care, bedside manner, attentiveness and medical expertise! I highly recommend Dr. Galvin to patients seeking the best optometry treatment. Lastly, I personally experienced how honest and ethical Dr.Galvin is, and that in and of itself is incredibly rare these days. I whole heartedly appreciate everything you've done for my daughter and our family, Dr. Galvin. Thank you a million times over!!!! P.S. the office is very professional and nice, from the assistants, receptionists and billing staff.

I have tried to call in Eye Physicians & Surgeons, PC in Westport, CT. It is unbelievable that I have left over a few messages and no one can get back to me. I have been trying to make an appointment for my son who failed a vision test. After a few tries they finally answered and said there was no referral for my son. They stated they would give me a call back. It's been a week and I have not received a phone call back. Like I said I have left several VM and simply did not hear from them. Seems like they don't care about their patients needs. This is extremely unprofessional. They should not be in business if they can't even answer the phone.

We saw Dr. Galvin this afternoon at the referral our of primary doctor. I cannot say enough how much we (myself, my mom, and my daughter!) loved this office. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor herself were kind and helpful and it was a great experience. We go back in 6-8 weeks and can't wait to follow-up.

I've been calling since September and the pediatrician sent over the referral same day! Have called, left VMs, stopped by and nothing. I will reporting them to my insurance as it's State and gross negligences when it comes to patient care or lack of. You can call ALL day and NO ONE answers and it's not even packed! Shame!

New to Milford, I was recommended Dr. Voldman, and it was a great choice! Given his advanced training in this field, I made an appointment. I've been nearsighted for over 50 years. I felt my vision was getting worse, especially blurred in one eye and couldn't drive comfortably at night. The Eye Physicians' offices, both Milford and Orange, are convenient to where I live. The staff was friendly and professional. Staff and Dr Voldman did a thorough exam and diagnosed cataracts in both eyes. Dr Voldman made the process understandable and simple. Explained what I needed, and took his time. Surgery went perfect and happy to report I have 20/20 vision! The outcome was great, but that's not the only reason I give Dr Voldman and office 5 stars. Overall, regardless of the service, we all want to be treated with kindness and care. That's what I received besides perfect vision!
