The lady at the front was nice up until I asked question about how much I would have to pay out of pocket. She changed her whole demeanor and was not friendly. Not sure why she was upset when I said I want to call my insurance to see why I have to pay so much being that I never had to pay more than $50. She was rude and all her responses were just an attitude. Will definitely not ever go back there with customer service like that.

I appreciate the friendly service and nice selection of eyeglasses. I got mine tinted and I went back because I didn't like that tint and there was no problem in getting a new pair without the tint at no cost. I appreciate the policy and the service.

I've been coming to this eye doctor in Westport for years, and the doctors themselves are truly excellent. However, my most recent visit will unfortunately be my last due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the general manager regarding my insurance. She was unnecessarily brash and unfriendly, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. It's disappointing, because the doctors and staff have always been wonderful, but her attitude completely ruined it for the whole team.

Disappointed. Took one month for prescription glasses. Received first time rimless frames. It had an obvious white line around the lenses which made it look awkward. They redid lenses, explaining that they forgot to polish out the lenses which would fix the problem/ oversight. No, the lenses came back polished but same obvious white line. I asked to see the original demo...which did not have this line...looks like a marquee. They never disclosed this would happen. Upon close inspection when I got home, the manufacturer uses white string inside the glass which causes this 'flawed feature' rather than an invisible clear string which would be a professional way to manufacture. Or DISCLOSE/WARN YOUR CUSTOMER before they are stuck with an unsatisfactory product. Nice ladies, poor product, poor excuses for results.

Service is good BUT, sends me more bill(s) after not only paying in person but going through said rundown of the bill. The employee showed me the bill and what not and I paid what was owed. A month later i get another bill for about half of what I paid for whatever reason. Never going back

Everyone at this office is warm and professional. Harriet always provides wonderful assistance in selecting eyewear and Dawn has gone above and beyond (with great patience) to resolve insurance issues. Highly recommend this practice!

Just don't go. I was there a few days ago and it was a nice experience at first. Until I realized I was tricked to pay for all these extra expenses. I said I already did those tests and they said "no you didn't". I never verbally agreed, they just handed me forms to sign which I thought were just questions about my eye care. Next thing you know I'm paying a $100 out of pocket. Then the lady kept nagging me on buying eye glasses, saying I have a prescription when I did not! How are you going to tell me I have 20/20 vision then say I need glasses? So overall, I paid over $400 out of pocket. It was giving the environment of money hungry and not actually "I care about your vision". By the way, even if it's 5 minutes after the transaction, they won't cancel your order and give you a refund. They will actually look at you with disgust and be absolutely rude.

Omg, I just arrived for my appointment. One of the front desk ladies was very unfriendly and insensitive to my concerns about choosing the eye drop dilators or the new photo technology that I never heard of. She thought she was helping by using a pressuring tone while talking to me. Although she somehow apologized, I don't think she even realized how rude and unfriendly she was toward me. I canceled the appointment and walked away. Would not recommend myeyedr of westport which already has a low review on Google
