Starling Physicians Ophthalmology

If I can give this place zero I would. I scheduled an appointment with this eye clinic over two weeks ago. I had a 1020 appointment which I showed up 20 minutes early as requested. I watched countless people be called in before I was and at this point it was almost 11 AM. I went to the window on two different occasions and was told I was next which never happened. The second time the girl told me that the doctor was behind and wanted to know if I could reschedule. For my very first visit I found this to be very unprofessional and disorganized. I had to ask for my $50 co-pay back and ensure that they did not bill my insurance so I can go elsewhere. I would say if you're considering using this place for the first time look for someplace else. For the amount of text messages I received throughout the last week, reminding me of today's appointment. I definitely didn't expect this. I would never recommend this place ever. On top of that the office manager couldn't even be bothered to come out and try to smooth things out or at least offer an explanation.
