Had a 4 o'clock appointment, I arrived at 3:45, workers arrived from break or a meeting at 4:03. Then was told they don't take insurance but would help me with filing the insurance. I feel like this should be in bold print somewhere when setting up the appointment. The workers were happy and pleasant despite the misinformation. So my only complaint was their tardiness.
