Amazing office! Dr. Rios is a great doctor and takes into consideration any concerns. I love the fact that he explains everything throughout the visit. The staff noticed a billing error and fixed it for me. I found my new eye doctor and if you're in the area you should consider them too. Great business!

I read some of the reviews and it's hard to believe someone would leave a bad review of this place. The people at the desk are so nice! I want to personally give a shout out to Laura. She is a Jack of all trades! I wish every office had a Laura there. She is so patient, helpful and kind. We were laughing up a storm today. Very happy with my appointment today.

Everyone there greeted us with a smile sincerely seemed to care about your well being .Took your vitals and prepped you for the doctor to come in Dr. Rios is a remarkable doctor hes' not only pleasant his bed side manner Is so gentle, however he is very throurl would recommend his staff and him to anyone and we came from Waldorf Maryland and I'm telling you this is no other doctor I will go to . they are wonderful we love him Angela and Donnie Monteith

Dont go to a chain store! Go to a private practice for special care. The staff are delightful. Pleasant and courteous. The receptionist took extra steps to make sure my insurance was right. The doctor, smiling and charming. Answered all my questions without rushing. Thanked me for choosing his practice. How often do you see that, really? From the receptionist to the person who checked my eyes, to the doctor, the cashier person, the the tech in the glasses store, all perfect. I'm a nurse, I know professional and caring, and they are the best I've seen in a loooong while. Thank you!

Had an emergency with a contact lens problem - Dr. Rios and the entire staff were absolutely fantastic in scheduling me in on no notice. Entire staff from receptionist to technician to Dr. Rios were professional and friendly. Dr. Rios is a true gentleman. Strong recommendation!!!! Thanks so much for helping me out.

Went into this office to have my daughters eyes examination. The doctor did the exam and then said we needed to get eye drops to do the exam right to determine the prescription. Why not do that before we even come in? So on to the next step.On top of that they rescheduled our next appointment 4 times in a row 1 week apart from each other.. basically they called us every week and rescheduled.We get the prescription and it's way way to strong. So now we are 4 months into this thing and still my daughter doesn't have glasses she can wear. I've spend alot of money getting 2 pair of glasses and the prescription isn't right.

Excellent staff, Dr. Rios is very thorogh and knowledgeable and provides excellent service to his patients..

Called re an emergency and not even a patient and the Dr got on the phone immediately and told me to bring him in right away, which was unbelievable and so great that a Dr office would stay after hours and see a patient immediately is truly awesome practice.
