Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, making check-in quick and easy. The doctor was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. When it came time to order new glasses I have never had such a pleasant experience and never felt pressured. or rushed but felt very well cared for. The office was calm and welcoming. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for great eye care!

I have been coming here for years. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Never behind on appointment times and all of their locations are neat and tidy! Best place to go for your eye needs!

Dr. Colosi is very attentive to my concerns. He adds a personal touch in dealing with my problem and takes time to listen. He's very knowledgeable and diagnosed my issue.

Doctors and assistants are great at the Lewes office, but one of the receptionists could use some training in customer service. She got irritated with me when I wouldn't yell out my date of birth after she asked me for it. Please note, there were two patients between me and her. She handed me a paper and said "sign this" without telling me what the paper was about (something that every healthcare office does). She comes across as rude to the patients. I've encountered worse, but she should be told to treat all the patients as though they were her loved ones. Otherwise, this location is very good.

This practice is excellent. From the moment you walk in the door till the moment you leave, everyone is attentive, personable and competent. Dr. Sprague, the medical tech and the receptionists all contribute to the patient's experience. Dr. Sprague provides in-depth explanations on treatment recommendations and patient status. The opticians at the glasses location also are patient and helpful when choosing new eyewear. Katy Jones was wonderful . I highly recommend.

From the front desk staff to the assistant to the eye doctor everyone here is fantastic. They are both personal and professional. I felt well guided through every stage and I deeply trust the information I was given. I would recommend Sussex Eye Center to everyone.

The staff at Sussex Eye Center are the best around. I had an eye exam with Dr. Sprague, the best optometrist in Delaware, and was well taken care of by her excellent staff. Dr. Sprague always takes time during my eye exam to review all of the results and is very attentive. I also needed an eye glass repair and the opticians had my glasses ready to go on the same day. I highly recommend Sussex Eye Center!
