Good Eyecare, now part of MyEyeDr.

I had an amazing experience at this eye doctor's office! From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I was greeted with big smiles and such kindness from everyone. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. A huge thank you to Dr. Kim, Dr. Simone, T, the receptionist, and the gentleman who took my eye pressure exam (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name!) for taking such great care of me and my eyes. You all truly made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this office to anyone!

Ariel was knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. She provided me with options and details for both pair of glasses that I was looking t o purchase. I highly recommend Dr. Kim as your Eye Doctor, she is so very thorough and competent and she takes the time to explain in detail all things pertaining to your individual situation. Best Eye Doctor I've ever had. Check her and her team out.

This office is full of absolutely 100% incompetent staff. I had an appointment in August 2025 and while there scheduled another appointment for a specific eye test I was ADIVSED to get done by the doctor I saw. It was originally scheduled for December, 4 months out, while I was still there in August I made this appointment. They then sent me 4 or 5 consecutive text messages showing me different dates and times for when this appointment would have to be rescheduled to, to which I had to call to have them verify which one was correct because they sent them all in a very short time frame on the same day. THEN they called me a few days before my appointment to CONFIRM that date and time, TOLD ME A DIFFERENT TIME THAN WE HAD ORIGINALLY CONFIRMED AGAIN, and the phone call ended once that was "cleared up". The day of my appointment I took off work, and the morning of I received a phone call stating that the only doctor at the office who could conduct my eye test HAS OFF ON THAT DAY OF THE WEEK and my appointment would need to be RESCHEDULED AGAIN. why was this not made clear to me when they called to confirm my appointment if this doctor hasn't worked on this day of the week and THEY'RE THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN DO IT. absolutely insane and the most IRRITATING process i have had to go through for one eye appointment. I only gave them one star because the original appointment I had back in August went relatively well, otherwise I would give them zero if possible. I will absolutely never be returning to this office ever again. AWFUL experience.

I've been coming to this practice for almost 10 years and every visit is pleasant and personable. However my last visit there was one of the best doctors office visits I've ever had from any provider type. Dr. Kim is just astounding in her kind nature and she always remembers my daughter like she sees her weekly, instead of 1-2 times a year. We never feel like just another face. I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. T at our last visit and she was brilliant. She took the time to understand the type of glasses my daughter wanted and she picked 2 perfect options immediately. She really stepped in to help me figure the best options available to my daughter without sacrificing quality and look. She really knows what she's doing and is a valuable member to the practice. The fact that this team takes the genuine effort in placing value not only in me but in a childs voice, is something special.

Ariel saved the day!!!! I came in distraught because I bent the arm on my glasses. They looked hopeless. Ariel calmly took them from me and worked a miracle. Thank you soooooo much.

Dr. Kim was outstanding and extremely helpful on how to maintain good eye care. Tia was wonderful working with me tp select he right pair of glasses that suit my needs based on my use. As always, I highly recommend the New Castle Goodeye Care. I travel from PA just to keep going this practice. :-)

Thanaaa was such a breath of fresh air. She has great customer service skills and very informative/knowledgeable.
