Wonderful experience. Office is exactly as one should expect. Staffed with both professional and pleasant staff. Clean and modern waiting area. Amanda our tech explained everything about dad's testing and was very patient and knowledgeable about our concerns. Saw Dr. Kim who went above and beyond to address an unforseen issue with dad's prior Cataract surgery performed in Spokane WA. She has Wonderful bedside manners. Spent quite awhile addressing his concerns and scheduled follow-ups with Dr. Doyle and scheduled dad for an up coming surgery she will hopefully be performing in the coming months. Can't say enough about her:)

The entire staff was professional and courteous. The second my wife and I entered the office we were warmly greeted by the front office staff. After checking in we were quickly escorted to our technician and then doctor. We both received exceptional care from both. We also had eyeglasses ordered by an experienced and knowledgeable technician.We have shared our great experience to family and friends. We eagerly await our next visit.

Our journey began in Milford with the amazing and confident Dr. Gardner, who immediately recognized that my wife needed the special eyelid surgery. From there, the experience continued in Smyrna, Delaware, where the entire staff was just incredible. Truly, everyone we encountered was kind, professional, and caring. We also want to give a special shout-out to Amanda -- she is so upbeat and wonderful as she gathers the data and measurements. Her energy made every visit easier. And then there's Dr. Kim -- a renowned surgeon who performed the eyelid procedure with excellence. Her communication, customer service, and genuine warmth made us feel like family. The staff is always very nice and helpful. They also inform you about what your insurance covers. The doctor Andrew Bergman is always great at his job and has a wonderful personality. Have gone to him for may years

Front desk staff was very courteous and accommodating. I was running a few minutes late, but they managed to get me in and out in no time. Dr.Berman had a positive attitude with a wealth of experience and knowledge in his field. Many thanks to the entire staff!

Everyone in office were very friendly.first time for me and my husband to have this eye doctor and his assistant and loved both of them.told us everything they were doing and seemed very concerned.also loved the man that ordered our glasses he was really nice and really helpful.

I am new to the area and I just had my first appointment with a provider at the Milford location. That experience was fine, but he wanted me to follow up with a different provider at the Smyrna location. They made the appointment for me and it was at a time that did not work. I attempted to call multiple times to get the appointment changed. After waiting upwards of 30 minutes on multiple occasions I still never got through to talk to anyone or to be able to leave a message. Due to frustration, I decided to cancel the appointment altogether and attempted to use their message option on the "contact us" page on their website to cancel. I still never heard back and just got another appointment reminder with the reminder that I will pay a $35 fee if I do not cancel 24 hours in advance. I will be absolutely livid if I get charged that after making plenty of attempts on my end to cancel. This entire experience has honestly soured the whole practice for me and I am contemplating just finding a new provider in the future so I do not have to go through the headache of being unable to contact them.

Dr. Berman is amazing. Been seeing him for years. Never rushes through a visit is and takes the time you need to address any questions or concerns. The office staff are all very friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience with them in all my years going there.
