My experience was absolutely amazing! Me and my son went for our first visit at the Smyrna location and it was such a wonderful experience! Everyone was extremely helpful and kind and gave great recommendations!!! The doctors were knowledgeable and on point. I would definitely recommend this place for your vision needs! The whole staff was simply amazing at every aspect!

Our experience was great from the time we walked in the door. Even after complications occurred with processing insurance, the GM did not give up hope and worked diligently to correct the issue. And the specialist (Michelle)who helped us was speedy with helping us get in and out the door , along with being fantastic.

came a couple minutes after I know I was wrong but appointment was scheduled almost a month ago. I feel like each individual should at least 10-15min time frame to give them a chance. It's like they want that for you. and there wait time just keeps getting more every visit. They used to be so much better and helpful. Any other eyedr besides this one in Smyrna

I give five stars to JUNE. I appreciate him so much for helping me. I was very frustrated, but he made everything OK in helping me get my eye glass prescription filled and finding my correct insurance that would cover it. Also I would like to Thank Monae For being patient in helping me to get to the right person, which was JUNE.

Had an appointment last month at this location for an exam and contacts. My new contacts were different and I was having trouble with seeing and night driving. When I called to explain my problems the staff were extremely understanding and got me into an appointment immediately. Dr Lindh Le spent a lot of time helping me with my new prescription to figure out what was going on. She was friendly and extremely skilled in making sure that I got the right prescription and corrected my vision issues! Holli, of the front staff, during checkout was able to make sure everything was covered by my previous visit and even gave me a rebate to help cover some of the costs of the contacts! I highly recommend MyEyeDr in Smyrna!

I had the pleasure of having Michelle help me with finding the perfect frames for me, and helped navigate all of the insurance options. She was beyond sweet and I was very impressed with her! Absolutely amazing service!

The MyEyeDr.Smyrna location is PHENOMENAL! From Rhonda at the front desk helping me get in before a work trip, to Holly helping me pick the right frames to make me feel confident and myself in. Dr.Tran does an amazing job with educating you on your eye health present and future. I wouldn't want to go anywhere Else. 10/10

I don't like DRs typical guy thing, that being said, DR Tram is absolutely amazing makes you feel comfortable explains everything and is absolutely amazing love her! And the same with Michelle , she went above and beyond to help me it's cause of these two amazing ladies and the nice ladies at the front desk that I will always go here!
