Dr. Kaelyn Adams is knowledgeable, thorough, patient, a good listener, and explains things well. Her expertise and deep knowledge ensure early and accurate diagnosis, comprehensive eye care, effective treatment, and better long-term outcomes, bridging care gaps across chronic disease management, systemic disease monitoring, and many other areas.
If you are looking for a practice that provides comprehensive care, makes patients feel comfortable, and keeps them well-informed about their vision health, Brandywine Eye Center is for you!
I have been a patient of Dr Stanley Strauss for over 15 years now. His professional knowledge and thoroughness during eye exams is unmatched!
Dr Andrew Shyu was a great doctor for our medical concerns beyond an eye exam. His office was very professional and I'm happy to attend their office!
First time seeing this dr. Got lost on way so came in 15 min late. Was told they have a 15 minutes courtesy but it was 17 minutes so I must reschedule........... Poor customer service from front desk girl. All around poor customer service. Wish I had received the service I see on these other posts.
Because apparently you can't reply after they do I edited.
You say you have a 15 min courtesy? .... A courtesy to get there and not be seen? They walked in at 10:15 so why am I being told to reschedule? Your front desk was already on the phone with me at 10:15 which my call log shows. Shes calling to tell me you have to reschedule. Which would have been fine had they not been walking in the door at the same time. Patient walks in the door while your front desk is on the phone with me. Just answered then front desk quickly hangs up with me, with me assuming because it's at the 15 he would be seen. But no she speaks to my husband at 10:15, spends 2 minutes explaining the 15-minute courtesy time to him then says but it's 10:17 so we can't help you reschedule. He's calling me from the car by 10:20 am. Of course he was upset and asked to speak to the doctor (who I'm guessing is you) which the front end would not allow or even attempt. You have no idea what it takes to get there for an autistic minor. The stress of the appointment is enough let alone negative attitude as soon as you walk in the door. This is obviously not a place that knows life happens.. avoid at all costs.

Mostly a pleasant experience. I've been coming here for about 3 years. Everybody seems competent, gets you in and out quickly. The one thing that really bothered me was one of the staff members continually calling me, honey, darling, sweetheart. I always wonder if it's because I'm older do they think that I'm feeble? I mentioned it to the doctor and he said that's just what the staff member does with everyone but I've experienced it in other offices too, and it just rubs me the wrong way.
Dr Shyu is wonderful! He is responsive and very thorough. He listens carefully to concerns and is knowledgeable. He is also prompt - I was in and out of my appointment in half an hour.
Dr. Kaelyn Adam is a true professional. Trusting her with my eye care is a true pleasure. She is thorough, bases all her recommendations on the facts of the conditions of my eyes. She takes the time necessary to thoroughly explain my situation in terms I can clearly understand. I will continue to use her as my doctor for years to come because she simply is very good at what she does.
The whole staff are very friendly and patient with clientele. The doctor is wonderful, going over what he evaluated on your visit. And will even take time to get to know the patients. The office is clean and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend them!
I just switched eye doctors and this was my first appointment. I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish! Everyone saw me on time and was super friendly, explaining each step along the way! Highly recommend.
