Wilmington Family Eye Care got me a new patient appt within two days. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The reception sorted some questions regarding insurance coverage. The technician was smooth for the testing. And the optometrist was so pleasant and easy to work with during the appointment!! Highly recommend to everyone.

Everyone was most pleasant. Fist time in the office and first time meeting everyone. Dr. Quan and staff were great. My only complaint was that I was there for over 90 minutes. They said they were hammered so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Otherwise no complaints.

Wilmington Family Eye Care is great. All of the staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Muscelli is the best Optometrist my wife and I have ever had. Really.

Doctor Baruffi and the staff were extremely helpful. Very friendly, easy to talk to, and listened to all my concerns. They explain things clearly and answer your questions in an understandable way. I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism shown by everyone. Very satisfied with the outcome and treatment plan.

Today was my first visit to the practice. My family and I have been patients of Dr.Muscelli for the last 20 years. She's the best and I was very happy with the staff during my visit. They were all very friendly and made me feel welcome.

I've been going to this practice for 6 years, referred there by my previous optometrist of 30+ years when he retired. At my first appointment, they informed me that records from my previous optometrist were not found. No follow-up given on how to obtain 30+ years of lost records, they just said they did not have them. Despite this negative first impression, I continued there under Patricia Jones, who I grew to really like. My previous optometrist was excellent, so she had big shoes to fill and she did! I called to schedule my yearly visit with Dr. Jones in September of this year and I was informed that she was no longer at the practice and that they are now Open Access with my VSP benefit. This means that now I will need to pay out of pocket for my eye exams as well as my glasses, but I could submit for potential reimbursement by VSP. I was not informed of either prior to my call to schedule a visit. I notified them at that time of my plan to search for a new optometrist that accepts my insurance. Had I known this sooner, I could have started my search sooner to avoid a delay in my yearly visit. It's also important to note, that I was once double billed for a single visit, which resulted in 2 copays - one to VSP and one to my medical insurance. I have never been double billed for a single visit ever and feel they missed the mark on communicating this prior to my appointment. They called me in December to schedule my yearly eye exam. No mention of the VSP Open Access or Dr. Jones being gone until I reminded them of our previous conversation. There have been too many changes at this office with poor patient communication and follow-up. I am editing my review to respond to your reply: I was double billed for my routine visit in 2023. I was told by your receptionist that my VSP was billed and then my medical was billed because I am diabetic. I did in fact pay TWO copays. I was coming in for a routine screening not for a diabetic related concern or an acute issue. My screening included all of the routine, normal processes that non-diabetics are screened for. I remember this very vividly because I pushed back with the receptionist and felt like I was being discriminated against for having diabetes. I have NEVER been double billed because I am diabetic. I did in fact pay out of pocket for your "extra" eye photos for the fist time at my 2024 visit. You may want to check my record again. Dr. Jones and I discussed this as it was my first time. My brother was also referred from the same optometrist and ALL of his records were there. He moved from your office very soon after and he was able to have his records transferred to his new provider.

Wonderful experience. The staff was knowledgeable and pleasant. My doctor was the best I've ever had. Brilliant and thorough. I will recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you.

ALL staff is professional, warm and kind! That's so important when you go to anyone for your eye healthcare! And they have all the best tech & equipment for measurements and diagnosis for the best care possible. Been a patient here for many, many years, and the care I've received is excellent! Love the docs, the techs & admin staff! Good people, good hearts!
