Outdated, dirty, dusty equipment. Same overly priced, expensive glasses from nine years ago or longer. No updates to office whatsoever. They aren't putting the money back into the office and equipment for their patients comfort.

Please if u need anything dealing with prescription please do not depend on this place to help you nor make it easy to fill the prescription. They do not provide help or the proper paperwork u will need to do so. No charts to properly read understand the left from right eye rude one the phone. Makes any break time, so call before u go if u have to. My daughter has a weak eye and my wife and I are trying to communicate respectful with the people at the front desk over the phone he stated that he doesn't have to help us and he doesn't have to email the information so I picked it up. Later to find out there is a specific way to enter the proper medicine for vision deficiency and if u know then u know. So I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that takes there children health seriously. Unprofessional and rudely

I've been going to Dr Aneke since I was a kid and now my child is also a patient. He always takes very good care of us and provides us with the best quality services and glasses. Please keep in mind this is a small family owned business tan by 2 brothers so wait times can vary so please be kind and patient! Dr Aneke is a charismatic, kind, funny, and caring person which is why I continue to come back every year!

WORSTE EXPERIENCE EVER. Please DO NOT SUPPORT THIS MAN. Dr. Aneke is not good, nor is he thorough, kind, or patient. He Provided an eye exam for my mother and promised It would be filled in two weeks. It has been over a month, and she still has not received her glasses, and when we called to inquire about them, He said they weren't ready STILL, Then tried to blame it on the insurance. Although, when my mother was there, he said that the insurance was approved already, and THEN when we questioned him further, he literally said "I've got other patients to deal with right now and can't be on the phone with you" AND HUNG UP ON US! Like, how are you running a business and you can't even hire a receptionist to take your calls if you're "so busy". He was very Rude and nasty and was not willing to rectify the situation, at all Or even provide an ounce of remorse. His entire office is outdated and also his equipment is very Old. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend. Please, as a community let's teach this man how to treat the people who he serves By NOT giving him business until he fixes himself.

Yes, the office is cramped and his bed side manner leaves a bit to be desired but he's practical. Dr. Aneke rendered the care I required, I just wish the bottled water wasn't room temp. I go for the Popeyes across the street, it's a treat.

This place doesn't even deserve one star, the male receptionist is beyond rude. I went in to see if he could resize my glasses and the receptionist told me no, to come back tomorrow morning. LIKE WHATS THE DIFFERENCE?! He seemed to already be annoyed by a previous customer because she also wanted to size her glasses, and he told her, her head was just shaped odd. DON'T GO HERE! My first and last time going there.

I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO START. I WENT TO HIM TWICE TWO PAIR OF GLASSES HAD THE SAME ISSUE THE SCREW KEPT COMING OUT WENT BACK HE REPLACED IT THEN HE DECIDES TO PUT A LONGER SCREW THAT IS STICKING OUT AND VERY NOTICEABLE. ONLY HAD THE SECOND PAIR LESS THAN 2 MONTHS IN THE SAME ISSUE HAPPENED AND NOW HE WANTS TO CHARGE $5 FOR A SCREW BUT HE DOESN'T SAY THAT UNTIL AFTER HE PUTS IT IN. I WISH I COULD SHARE PICTURES OF WHAT HE DID THIS IS NOT RIGHT AND NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN ME TRYING TO GO BACK A SECOND TIME

I show up my appointment on time on that three weeks ago. They skip three time told me to come back two or three time. It wastes my time sitting there for four hours. Never again go there and it is unprofessional. If u know you had appointment be on time. Skip a patient it is not right.
