To prospective patients I've been his patient for few years and he has a very distinct mannerism towards his delivery of patient care. You will feel very comfortable because his time with your appointment is spent giving his expert attention to your Orthomology concerns before you leave you will feel like everything will be just fine. His staff is well trained, kind and also they work so well together

I accompanied my grandmother to her eye exam appointment, and everything went well during the initial portion of the visit. However, the experience changed once we met with Mr. Gregory Butler. From the moment we entered the room, his attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. He began instructing my grandmother on how to position the equipment for her exam, but she did not fully understand his directions and attempted to do it incorrectly. Instead of calmly explaining, he abruptly snatched the instrument from her and forcefully placed it over her glasses. When it was still not positioned correctly, he sharply asked her to remove her glasses. At that point, I asked why that instruction wasn't given from the beginning. He ignored my question and continued the exam in an aggressive manner. I could clearly see my grandmother becoming frustrated and uncomfortable. When I tried to speak up again after being ignored the first time, he became irritated, tore up her paperwork, and told her to leave, stating that he would not continue her examination. I have never witnessed a medical professional treat a patient with such disrespect and lack of compassion. Watching my elderly grandmother be treated this way was heartbreaking. No patient, especially a senior, should ever be subjected to such behavior. I strongly believe that this kind of conduct has no place in healthcare, and no one should be treated with such hostility and disregard.

He is an exceptional doctor who takes the time to truly listen to his patients' concerns and needs. His thorough approach ensures that each person feels heard and understood. Additionally, his staff members are welcoming and friendly, creating a warm and reassuring environment that makes every visit more comfortable. Their professionalism and attentiveness contribute significantly to the overall positive experience at the clinic.

Dr. Gregory Butler, MD, is an exceptional ophthalmologist who provided me with outstanding service and education. His expertise and thorough explanations made me feel confident and well-informed about my eye care. Dr. Butler's professionalism and attentive care are truly commendable. Highly recommend!

Professional doctor who is exceptional. Words cannot express his commitment and GOD given talent. So very fortunate to have had Dr. Butler asy opthalmologist. Had to change doctor's because he no longer accepts Amerihealth insurance

Dr.Butler is a very skilled eye doctor and he cares about his patients. I went to a Retina Eye Doctor that referred me to Dr. Butler instead of the doctor where she works and, I am thankful that she recommended him. Dr. Butler removed my catarat and I CAN SEE CLEARLY NOW!!! If you are having any eye issues, he is your man. I am able to make an appointment as early as 7:00am and, working from home that is perfect for me.

Dr. Gregory Butler and his Staff are very professional... I TRUST Dr. Butler with my eye heath. He thoroughly answers my questions to my understanding There is never a problem getting an appointment and the wait time is minimal.

I'm praying for the Dr this is not the same person I seen in 2009 today was my first visit since then and all I want to say just because you have a title don't let that title get you sent to hell. You can't say what you want or think about people. I still can't believe he acted like that, shame
