Dr saresky is a very good eye doctor. Knows what he's doing. The staff is also very good.

I've been to a few different eye doctors before, and this one made all the difference. I had an eye emergency and was seen by Dr Sarezky very quickly. He diagnosed me with a serious eye issue that needed immediate action and care. He spent more time than needed answering my questions, talked to my overly-concerned parent, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about my complicated eye situation. When my eye wasn't responding to standard treatment, he urged a more expensive last resort drug option not covered by insurance. He said "if you were my family member, this is the kind of treatment I'd want you to get, it's the best option we have right now". I couldn't afford the sudden expense, and he advocated with his billing and reception staff to get them to be flexible with my payment options and to understand my situation so I could get the treatment I needed. When his staff gave him a bit of attitude about having to provide the payment flexibility for me, he stood up on my behalf. I don't think these offices are usually allowed to have that type of flexibility for patients, so I was glad Dr. Sarezky wanted to help in this situation. I got better almost immediately with that treatment . He is great at what he does, and goes the extra mile. I do think some of the billing and front desk staff is a bit rude. But go see them anyway. Dr Sarezky is one incredible doctor, does his research, knows his stuff, and most of all he helped me get my eye back.

When I made an appointment with Dr. Sarezky, I asked if I would need a referral from my PCP. I was told they would notify me if I did. Never heard from them before the appointment. When I got there, I was told I couldn't be seen because I didn't have a referral! My PCP's office was closed so I couldn't get one immediately. Front desk reception was very dismissive and unhelpful. Amazingly, the man behind had the exact SAME experience!! Clearly communication is lacking here!
