Alex is the best! I love this LensCrafters location- the entire staff is amazing and knowledgeable and the exam was quick. I appreciated how Alex took his time to advise me on the selection of glasses and what would go best with my prescriptions. He personalized the experience being sensitive of tastes and how to best meet your needs while being so patient and professional. His colleague whose name I didn't catch was also lovely and caring - she did my initial exam.

I've been coming to this location for about 3 years. The customer service is on point and the wait time is 0. The associates are very nice and they don't push you to buy glasses. Don't get me wrong they will ask, explain, and encourage you to buy but when it's not in your budget they will not push you.
