I see that its two profiles on google for this establishment. So I will be writing on both. Also from the looks of it, the office is outdated and rundown. The patients been waiting a long time to be seen and the wait room was full with no chairs available. Absolutely terrible experience. I showed up on time for my appointment, only to be told it had been canceled--while I was standing there in person, I never got a phone call saying they were cancelling. Completely unprofessional and incredibly rude front staff who made zero effort to explain or accommodate, even though they were wrong. On top of that, they kept blaming it on their "their system" as if that excuses their lack of basic communication or courtesy. If this is how they treat patients, I'd hate to see how they handle actual eye care. I won't be returning, and I'd suggest you look elsewhere too.

I love shouting out 5-star service. So with a heart beating with gratitude, I am delighted to praise the outstanding eye care I received from Dr. Keesha Elliott and her entire team. Her office culture is genuinely kind and polite and the standard of care and customer service are excellent. From start to finish, my appointment went very well.

This doctor listens to you and makes you feel comfortable expressing your situation. She's pleasant, professional and so courteous. I'm pleased with being in her care.
