Stop what you're doing and schedule an appointment here! Scheduling was incredibly easy, and the flexible availability was a huge plus. I didn't have to wait weeks or months to receive quality care. On the day of my appointment, I was running a few minutes behind, but Leyonna was so kind and understanding. When I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly hello, and check-in was a breeze. My appointment with Dr. McKay was excellent. He was easy to talk to, kind, patient, and very professional. He clearly explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what each test measured. He made the entire experience feel relaxed and, honestly, enjoyable. After my exam, he introduced me to Dana -- and let me just say, she is the frame whisperer. I briefly picked up a pair of glasses but ultimately walked past them. Little did I know, she had set them aside for me to try on. Of course, I loved them! While finalizing the administrative side of my purchase, Leyonna, Dana, and I had such a great conversation. The whole team made me feel comfortable and valued. If you're looking for an optometrist, this is the place. The aesthetic is chef's kiss, Dr. McKay, Leyonna, and Dana are truly lovely, and best of all, you're treated like a priority -- not just another patient.

Exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Front desk receptionist and sales manager are very friendly and knowledgeable and the doctor is very professional, Dr. McKay took very good care of me. The facility itself is very well lit and clean.

Dr. McKay is knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful! He took the time to answer my questions thoroughly, explain conditions, and make sure I understood next steps. His support staff is also great and very patient. So happy to find my new vision doctor in the area!

Just came out of an appointment. Extremely kind and tentative staff along with a very knowledgeable examination in terms of conveying any concerns. Overall I felt very well taken care of and will continue to be a client! I would recommend this place to anyone living in DC.

As a new patient I was able to get a Saturday appointment to address an urgent eye issue. I am very grateful Dr. McKay was available. He put me at ease right away with his approachable demeanor and professionalism, and treated the issue promptly. It was such a good experience I plan to go back for my annual check up next year.

Dr. McKay Dana and Leona are phenomenal the customer service is top tier. I was running late due to an appointment running late I called and they still accommodated me! The selection of frames ate phenomenal. All around top tier service, location and experience. I suggest you come here for your eye needs.
