Dr. Butrus has been a doctor here for years serving the neighborhood, and is passionate about what he does. He gets to know his patients on a different level, greeting them like a friend he hasn't seen in a while. You may notice your appointments here may be slow, but that's because he is taking his time with each person to get the right results.

Called to schedule an appointment and couldn't get beyond the initial call with "Tisch" who came off rather vexing over-the-phone. I shuddered a few times in just the few minutes in speaking with her and decided against calling back with the HMO, PPO information she required before scheduling an appointment. To clarify, valid insurance was confirmed, but an appointment would not be made until I called back to confirm whether the insurance was HMO or PPO .
