I was given a very thorough eye exam by Dr. Cleveland. I have total confidence in her as my ongoing doctor. She also gave me good advice on taking care of my eyes, which I appreciated. I am so thankful to have Dr. Cleveland on my medical team..

Dr. Cleveland is a very polite and helpful doctor. When I told her that I had some physical problems with my eyes, she gave me a thorough checkup. I appreciated her service vey much.

This is the worst doctor's experience I have ever had. During my appointment the doctor was short, never explained what she was doing. Additionally, the nurse didn't seem like he wanted to be there, wasn't even listening and wrote multiple things wrong in his notes to the doctor which I had to correct when she got in the room. I left feeling more confused than when I went in and like I had just wasted my time. They didn't even tell me what my vision screening results were, just wrote them in their chart and in my appointment summary for me to read later. What if I had questions? Please note all I went in for was an annual eye exam. AND THEN after all that I get my bill and now I have spent two months contesting it because the doctor put the code in wrong so now an annual eye exam isn't being completely covered by my insurance? Turns out it's because they didn't put the code in as an annual eye exam even though I gave them my referral (which was for an annual eye exam) and reiterated multiple times throughout my appointment that this was an annual eye exam. MOREOVER, the doctor never once notified me that this would no longer be considered an annual eye exam. WHAT A SCAM. I am still contesting this with my insurance because they will not be getting away with this. I should've known by previous reviews how this would go and listened. So, to anyone else out there considering this doctor's office, I recommend you listen to the reviews.

The check in was quick and the lady was very friendly. I.felt comfortable with the doctor's expertise. What I really appreciated was that I need to see a different specialist. I was referred to a specialist and the appointment was made for me before I left the office.

Staff was great and prompt. The only issue was the temperature in the mri room. The tech said they were having issues - the temp in the room was 86. It was uncomfortably hot in the machine. Before my testing could be completed the room got too hot for the machine to operate. Fortunately they were able to switch me to another machine for the last part. Staff incredibly nice.

She is a great doctor. Helped me to find out what was wrong with my eyes. Office is not fancy but Dr. Cleveland is such a nice person and great listener. Highly recommend.

I Had great care in this office, From the receptionist to the assistants and then to the doctors. I think that staff took great care. I have been getting my eye care in this office for more than a decade. ,

Dr. Cleveland and Dr. Belyea are fantastic. Very warm, caring and dedicated. GW Optholmology Department is wonderful.
