Georgetown Optician remains undefeated for title of the worst service in optical! I made 3 attempts to shop with georgetown optician at different locations each time was a terrible fail. Today was the final straw. A part of retail advisors i thought was to assure customers are getting all the help they need which i did not receive not even an offer to try out frames. The white lady with the red lipstick to match her glasses was very abrupt with her "no's" as i asked questions to use my FSA before the year runs out before i can even finish my sentence asking if they accepted FSA she said no then retracted her statement. Immediately i was sure i was interrupting her and 4 colleagues looking at something very important on the computer .You would assume since there was no other customers in the business i wouldn't have to fetch service from employees who should be doing there job. To conclude this horrible experience i asked her if she had a brand or anything similar you could already guessed her response. i looked around and saw so many brands that were similar that i LOVED but my heart told me to go were i can feel valued and appreciated and not a pest and bare minimum serviced is being saved for a certain demographic.

They were able to replace the lenses on my Garrett Leight Brooks sunglasses. In just a few minutes! Both pair! Thanks Hannah!

I had a problem with a pair of sunglasses I bought overseas, and after being turned away by multiple optical shops, I finally walked into this place. Not only did they agree to help me -- they did it with a smile. In a time when genuine customer service feels rare, the team here reminded me what it looks like to treat people with kindness and care. They didn't just fix my glasses -- they gained a customer for life. A huge thank you to the staff for showing that helping people isn't just good business -- it's good humanity.

I can't speak highly enough of Georgetown Optometry. I had a contact lens emergency, but Colbi and the team saved the day with their generous help. I plan to switch to Georgetown Optometry because of this experience!

I stopped in to have my Sunglasses repaired and I was absolutely blown away. The Technician had me out within minutes. So Blown, I'll been making an appointment soon for my reading glasses. Absolutely would recommend this location for your optical needs. Inclosed are some cool frames I spotted

Big thank you to Josh and team at the Georgetown Opticians. Walked in and was greeted by security and she was rocking some cool specs. I was looking for some Tom Fords and they didn't have any. However I then asked if they could swap some lenses in my old pair of TF to another pair I had and within 5mins it was done. Could have charged me any amount but said it was free of charge. They didn't have to do that, especially as they had no idea it was my birthday today. THANK YOU AGAIN!!

Absolutely amazing service e and results every time. Have bought 7+ pairs of subscription glasses and sunglasses here. Always perfect. Dr is also excellent.
