I had an appointment with Dr. Tavakoli and it took over an hour for him to just give me referrals for appointments that were over a month out. Also had numerous problems with admin sending requests to my insurance. Careless admin and front desk, would recommend finding an office that cares out their patients. His admin Leonard was rude and disrespectful, blaming the office's problem on me.

I had a vision screening and refraction with an optometrist, which were fine. But two visits to the Retina Clinic resulted in one wait of over an hour and another of almost two hours, so I won't be going back. Dr. Movahedan seems excellent, and it's not his fault how the department handles the clinic scheduling, but this is no way to run a clinic.

Had a in person consultation with a doctor (Mehdi Tavakoli), and left a note at reception and multiple calls about how much a non-insured procedure would cost. No one ever got back to me with the answer. Also emailed their patient experience line, no response, just several automated survey requests. While it could have been worse, these basic repeated failures are inexcusable.
