I cannot say enough good things about iDoc Optical. Genuinely THANK YOU. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is not a rushed, assembly-line eye doctor. The team is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and transparent every step of the way. The eye exam was the most thorough I've ever had. Everything was clearly explained, what each test was for, and why it mattered for my long-term eye health. To put it plainly, they made me feel comfortable. Dr. Golriz took the time to make sure my prescription was accurate and tailored to how I actually use my vision day to day. Their eyewear selection is also outstanding. Absolutely beautiful, high-quality frames you won't find anywhere else. The staff helped guide me based on fit and lifestyle, not price, but were transparent about costs from the start. I'm still deciding between these 2 frames and will be going back this weekend once I've gotten a consensus from my family and friends If you're looking for an eye doctor that combines medical expertise, honesty, and a genuinely patient-first approach, iDoc Optical is the place. This is hands-down the best eye care experience I've ever had!

I went here twice. The first time was all right, but the second I did not like. Every staff member has the mentality of a used car salesperson. They have you do every eye test, even if it's not covered by your insurance. They won't let you say no. I asked. They also want to sell you contacts and glasses right then and there with a lot of urgency. I think the doctor gave me a prescription that was too high. She told me I need progressives and to wear reading glasses. If I said yes to the salespeople, I would have ordered a pair of glasses that cost over $400 (but it was a deal, they said). I went to another doctor (footing the bill for another full eye appointment) and got a prescription that's much lower, no progressives, no reading glasses. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

100% personally recommend Dr. Golriz and her team. They are perfectly organized and I did not wait a minute before being tested and then examined by Dr.Golriz. Very professional and thorough . Anthony will show you options (if needed) for glasses but no pressure or rush-compared to other places, where you barely make it out without a purchase. A family owned business and you truly feel that. Will bring the rest of my family there for certain!

I have been coming to this office for eye appointments for 2 years now, every time I come in I am wowed by the wonderful service I receive. I am never rushed during the exam or when picking out glasses, my questions about my eye health and care are always answered as well as questions about billing. The wonderful employees always remember me and what frames types I like - I cannot recommend this office enough!

I cannot recommend idoc Optical highly enough! In the few years I've been going to the practice, they've delivered my top three favorite pairs of glasses of my life. They have a superb selection of frames and truly help you think through comfort and style without sacrificing either. Anthony has the eye for just the frame you didn't even know you'd look great in. Dr. Golriz herself is very thorough and committed to your good vision and eye health. When she discovered a concern she wanted me to see a specialist about immediately, she worked the phones herself to get me into an appointment before the long holiday weekend. The service from everyone on the team is exceptional and top notch.

If you drive, parking is a hassle. The metro is the way to go. Once inside Jade and the crew are absolutely incredible! They will take their time and make sure you have the perfect pair of glasses that fit your style and face! I couldn't recommend them more! They are honest, which some may not like, but their honesty pays dividends when you get a pair of glasses that when you walk out you're getting compliments left and right. Of all the places to get glasses in DC, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HERE!!!!
