Jordan Heffez, MD (Retina Consultants PC)

I have been the recipient of great care from Retina Consultants for decades. I started seeing Dr Palestine in the early nineties. He saved my vision by using extreme measures that were cutting edge at the time. For the past few years Dr Heffez has been maintaining my vision (still 20/25 in both eyes!) by thoroughly examining my eyes for any signs of change 3 times yearly. He, too, is an excellent ophthalmologist. I highly recommend this practice to anyone having retina, pressure, macular or any number of eye issues. I neglected to commend the staff for the good and professional work they do every day. All of them do an excellent job of maintaining patients' schedules and closing out each patient's appointments. They do all the tech work to prepare the patients to see Dr Heffez, from eye exams, and retina and optic nerve scans to various other tests. Some of the tech staff have been there as long as I've been going to their office!! They are very pleasant and have positive attitudes. It is always good to see those who have become my medical family over the years. Thank you and keep up the great work!!

I think Dr. Heffez is terrific. He repaired a macular hole in one of my eyes, on two different occasions, several years ago at a local hospital. It was an in and out procedure. I had to be awake or aware during the procedure so that I could respond to questions. I liked his surgical team. Dr. Heffez continues to monitor my eyes for another issue. Geary

I have been seeing Dr. Heffez for nearly 10 years. My experience started because he diagnosed and successfully treated a macular hole in my right eye. His method negates the need for dreaded and lengthy "face down". He has followed me over the years and I have not had a reoccurrence. The office is well run, friendly and the technicians are excellent.

Dr. Jordan Heffez and his staff are amazing. You can tell they care for their patients. They are very attentive and when patiently answer all your questions without being annoyed. I highly recommend.

Doctor and support staff are caring and attentive. I have to get a shot in my eye every couple of months, definitely not fun. But they are always upbeat. Everyone is thorough; the doc reviews all images with me and shows me the game plan. Very professional.
