I've been buying Krewe sunglasses for years, but until now I never been to a physical store. Their frames always look so sharp, and I get so many compliments every time I wear them. I mentioned a small issue to the wonderful staff here. I was lucky enough to meet the nicest person, who immediately offered to mail me postage so I could send my pair in for repair under their lifetime warranty. The service was truly above and beyond--so grateful to finally have a local Krewe store.

I purchased my first and favorite pair of Krewe glasses from @eleganteyes a while ago. Another shop recently destroyed the frames while updating my prescription. Enter Chris at the DC location that honored the second chance guarantee AND took the time to also help my find an awesome and pair. I came all the way from NC to DC to get this done and he and Jade did not disappoint.

1. The quality of the glasses is very poor (they are too heavy with lenses in and do not stay on very well). The design is poor as well (the lenses are too close and the eye lashes rub against the lenses; it is impossible to adjust). 2. The customer service is very poor (the lady on site does not know what is published on your website; she does not know your policies; she misrepresented the return policy; and attempted to deny return of defective glasses). In addition, she made 5 customers sit outside in the heat for 30 minutes.
