This salon offers the best manicures in town. I explored a bunch of other options all around NW DC and found that the quality of manicures is unmatched. I started seeing Sammy 6 months ago to trial nails for my wedding and cannot go back to anyone else. She does a fabulous job with gel-x extensions they feel natural (not thick) and last up to 6 weeks with no chips!! Worth every penny!

I received luxurious service at Laveada Lash & Brows. Anu does my lashes. I nap for an hour and a half under a warm blanket and come out with natural long lasting lashes. Sammy did a gel overlay to perfection with Cateye gel. After more than a week it still looks like new. Finally Lucy gave an expert microblade treatment. My brows have not looked this good in years.
By all means come to the location on 14th and the ladies will take care of you.

Had a good experience during the actual appointment for my Russian manicure. The nail tech paid a lot of attention to detail. However, within 3 days, my red nails started to develop yellow streaks where the red polish was separated. Now all of my nails look bad and this is a manicure that would normally last me 3-4 weeks.
Editing this to one star. My nails are completely streaked yellow now. Disappointing

Ive been getting my lash extensions fills for at least a month now. Jessica is amazing. I just recently relocated to the area and have been getting extensions for the last 8 years. In searching for a new place, I found Laveda. Booking is so easy online, lots of availability and great prices. Very accommodating as well if you need to make changes (I text and said I could come earlier for my appt and it was easily taken care of). If you are looking for a great lash place, this is it!

This used to be my regular salon, but the horrible service and quality during my previous appointments are unacceptable. Consistently my nails are chipping and falling off within 24 hours. Gel X should last weeks, but entire nails are coming off less than a day of my service. The staff and owners have stopped caring about quality, yet continue to raise prices. I've raised my concerns, but they don't offer any resolution. One of the times, they forced me to pay a nail fix fee for a nail that popped off same day! I will not return here because it's clear that Laveda does not believe we deserve quality. Press ons would be better than this.

I've come here a few times and had really good gel ex nails before, but unfortunately it's quite pricey and my past two experiences were subpar. I last went 3 days ago and the gel ex on my thumb is already falling off despite normally lasting three weeks. For $90 after tip, that shouldn't be happening. Also the last time I went, the appointment was supposed to last 1hr 40 minutes (removal + french tip gel ex) but ended up taking over 3 hours! The staff kept switching and seemed inexperienced. The extended length made me late for plans with friends and even then I was charged $120. Probably won't go back unfortunately.
