Subject: Issue with Poor Quality Glasses Dear [Customer Service], I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor quality of the glasses I purchased from your store. I have already been to your location twice to put up additional money for repairs and replacements. This will be my last time visiting LC, as I just purchased my frame on 8/31/25 and have already had to replace it twice. This is the reason for my poor review. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters recently and wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received from Nate. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, but what stood out was the level of patience and care shown during the entire process. I can be a little indecisive when it comes to picking frames, and I had several questions about pricing and lenses. Nate never rushed me or made me feel like I was taking up too much time. He took the time to explain the differences between lens options, walked me through what would best suit me, and gave honest feedback when I asked for opinions on frames. What impressed me most was that he remained friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me make the best choice, not just trying to sell me something. It is rare these days to find someone in retail who shows that. The exam itself was also super efficient!

Alex was great! I had to go into exchange my Meta Rayban frames and I was so indecisive on which ones to get. Alex was very patient and even helped me select the perfect frames. He was also very knowledgeable about the different lenses and advised me on the best option for my particular lifestyle.

Alex was phenomenal! His patience and customer service made my shopping experience run smoothly. The brand I wanted was not sold in store, but Alex and his team ordered the exact frame i was looking for. Very happy with my purchase.

Alex and team made the experience exceptional. From the minute you walk into the doctor's office to the minute you get your glasses, their attention is top tier. I highly recommend.

This company is in desperate need for change. Pricing is completely opaque -- the representative literally wrote down the lenses options on a piece of paper. No clear presentation of what they include and how pricing varies depending on that. No way to track your in-store purchases on the website. Text notifications that do not tell you whether one or several items in your order are ready, and when you call to ask they also can't see the information in the system. No clarity or estimates for when remaining items will be ready. This company needs a huge digital systems and customer service reform.

The absolute worst experience buying glasses! The two employees working Sunday afternoon are completely incompetent! I went in last Sunday to purchases prescription lenses and frames. The less experienced employee was horrible to work with, and couldn't work the computer system or the tablets. It took over an hour for her to apply my benefits and check my order out, because every single action she has to take, she did wrong the first time, and her manager had to correct her. After all that hassle, my benefits were applied incorrectly and I was charged double what I should have been charged for my order. I came back the following Sunday to pick up my glasses and inquire about my charges, and the manager showed she was about as incompetent as her employee! She also couldn't work the tablet and kept pulling up incorrect accounts for me. I finally had to take the tablet and pull up my owner account/insurance, and after I did I found the insurance benefits listed were still not applied correctly to my order. I returned my whole order, and will never be returning to this location. The employees are not remotely equipped to do their jobs and are potentially charging customers *double* what they should be getting charged because of their incompetence! Horrible experience!

Demitri was my sales associate. I was treated well. Very attentive. Patient with me. Respectful. Totally enjoyed him. He was honest with me also. Thanks.
