Horrible service, even Horrible customer service. I went in for a eye exam for glasses April 21 2016. It is now June 21 2016 and still have not received my glasses. I left messages and failed to have my calls reciprocated, the company failed to report my claim to my insurance company. Once the neglect was found the sales rep gave a handful of excuses. On top of that the company sent me a Bill oppose to sending the bill to my insurance which was covered fully. I have never experienced such bad service in any venue I would STRONGLY encourage anyone in the DC area to stay away from L'occhio eye care HORRIBLE..
