I'm giving 1 star, not because of the doctors, but because of the lousy and non-existent customer service I experienced with this office. My year-long awaited appointment with Dr. Oboh-Wilke was canceled, by text, less than only 12 hours ahead of my scheduled appointment! (If I did that, I would be charged a penalty fee!). I called the office at least 6 times to schedule another appointment, left various voicemail messages, but NEVER got a return call from Megan (the person behind the outgoing voice message). Truly unacceptable and disgraceful treatment of Dr. Oboh-Wilke's patients. I had to go in person to the office to make the much-needed appointment. Her earliest availability is May 2026! As such, I did not have any eye checkup on my developing cataracts for year and a half. Shame on the Opthalmology office.
