Elleni helped me navigate the selection of horn frames, and she offered an appointment with Dr. Flocos when I needed to review my doctor's prescription. Most importantly, Elleni helped me find the perfect horn frame, which was a big investment that made me very happy. Also, Gabe provided additional advice and perspective that gave me great confidence in the team at Morgenthal Frederics DC.

Dr. Flocos is an exceptionally caring, professional, and patient doctor who provides excellent medical care. However, I had some concerns about my experience with the front desk service. The woman who assisted me at reception seemed unprofessional and unwelcoming, which made the visit less pleasant than it could have been. Her behavior and words look like other people own her money. I hope the office can address customer service standards to match the quality of the medical care provided.

I grew up going to see Dr. Flocos at Blink Optical with my mom. When I moved back to the DC area after several years away I was thrilled to find Dr. Flocos at Morgenthal Frederics. Dr. Flocos is in a league of his own and I'm so grateful for the time, attention, and care he provides in keeping my eyes healthy. The shop is inviting and the selections are stunning. I had so much fun picking new frames with the wonderful Elleni! Excited to go back for some more frames!

I've been going to Dr. Flocos for (now) decades - and this new location for his office is wonderful! Superb customer service, great location, and they took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my appointment and my eye health throughout my visit. I didn't shop any frames while I was there (didn't need any), but the frames designs are beautiful with a wide variety of shapes/sizes/colors/fit/shades. Highly recommend!

I've been seeing the resident optometrist, Dr. George Flocos, for years, and can highly recommend his services. Terrific attention to detail, and he takes great care in doing a thorough exam.
He is relatively new to Morgenthal Frederics, so this was my first visit to the location at City Center. I was greeted warmly by the staff, and after my exam, one of them set to picking out frames for me. Sean immediately found three that suit me well (it's usually not so easy!). And no pressure or hard sell for the more expensive pair.
