I had a great experience at myeyedr DuPont Circle. The staff greeted my family as we entered the office. Ranceenia took her time with us to assure the eyeglasses were properly fitted and showed us several nice frames which my elderly Mom loved! There was an expeditious check in and out. The physician was patient and took his time with measurements. Thank you myeyedr team! You were fantastic! Special thanks to Ranceenia, she cared that my Mom found a pair of glasses that she loved!

Went in to pick up a pair of replacement glasses and had the pleasure of being helped out by the same person who helped me place the order for these glasses the last time I was here. Ranceenia! From the warm smile from the moment I walked in the door to the lovely conversation we had, this lady just goes above and beyond. She also walked me through getting a pair of meta glasses. Our family has been going to this location for years and have always been happy with the experience. Unfortunately, the last two times we've gone we have encountered issues with Eyewear order being processed incorrectly or with billing. It's time for an exam and new eyeglasses but for the first time I'm not entirely sure I want to return to this location or if I want to use this provider for our needs.

I waited an extra week to get my glasses because according to the receptionist the laboratory broke my lenses. It was not the truth they broke my glasses. Added a temporary glue and gave it to me. It was an exact 1 hour using and the frame opened. I am extremely disappointed I loved my glasses and I hope I can get it solved. Not even mentioning the scratches.
