I was so bummed that I couldn't find my contacts old traveling. I called around and they were the only office with knowledge staff and kind voices. Loved the fast service. They were amazing! I had a very positive experience with this MyEyeDr. location. I walked in on Monday trying to make an appointment and they had several options available that week. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Alex the front desk staff was great, the technician was wonderful, the person who helped order my contacts helped with rebates and applying my insurance, and Dr. Julia Garr was so friendly, helpful and consultative.

Everything seemed fine when I was in there, and I bet most people have a better experience. But... got a referral to a sketchy place that wanted to do surgery right away (didn't need it, not happening); had to call my insurance for them because they couldn't figure it out and they still tried to overcharge me until I pressed the point about what they're supposed to charge the insurer; and (this is my bad because I had blurry vision from an eye exam) I got glasses with whacky lenses: they are unuseable. I never went back and I would never recommend them to anyone.
