After a bad experience, at another Iocation last year, I was skeptical with staying with My Eye Dr. I'm so happy I did. Dorion and David was AWESOME!! Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had NO issues what so ever. They were patient and thoroughly explained everything to me. Allowing me an experience I have never had with any other location. I would say I would love to see them again next year for my annual but hope they excel and be in other positions within the company. The doctor was great! He was very friendly and thorough explaining all options to me. Hands down the best eye exam ever!

My husband and I came to this optometry center so that we could both get our glasses and contacts for the end of the year. The staff here was very friendly and the appointment was timely. They had a very helpful young man that helped my husband and I pick out the style of glasses that will be wearing for the year, we really appreciate the professionalism from this location.

Doctor Posse was extremely kind and thoroughly knowledgeable about his practice. However, I would like to say that the person working the front desk was not too informative about pricing and insurance coverage. I too went in with insurance believing I would have a low cost appointment that I am typically accustomed to. I even took the initiative to call and ensure that my appointment would be low cost, provided my insurance and everything. I was even assured I was okay, which I thought was perfect since it was close to my job. Upon, the completion of my appointment I was completely bamboozled and had to pay a premium. I initially chose MyEyeDr to avoid this so the incompetency of some of the staff will probably dissuade me from coming here again.

Really a very mixed experience. Both the receptionist-tech and the dr were great and efficient, but then when I was handed over to the benefits/glasses person they tried to charge me for an exam I hadn't asked for (and didn't need). Then even though I politely explained I just wanted my prescription and wouldn't be getting glasses today (which I had already indicated on my intake form), the benefits lady seemed extremely disgruntled and pushily asked me where I order my glasses- really none of her business and I don't have to justify not purchasing glasses when all I had solicited was an eye exam. I won't be back.

All of the staff and doctor were extremely kind and informative about their technology BUT they were not informative about pricing. I went in with insurance believing I'd have a low cost appointment...instead I was surprised with a "premium" eye exam once the bill came. Nothing felt premium about this appointment because everything about it was just like any other appointment. I wish they had been transparent about what I was being charged for BEFORE upcharging my appointment.

Everyone was so nice and extremely helpful. I hadn't been to an eye doctor in many years so I had lots of questions. Eric was so helpful, quick, and great at the job and helped me select the perfect frames for my face. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my experience at this office everyone from the Doctor to the associate that help me (I believe his name was Eric) picked my glasses out. & The eye tech young lady was so kind & explained everything before proceeding with my exam. I will continue coming here in the future.

I've never been one to write a review after a negative experience somewhere, but this was probably the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. I showed up 15 minutes early for a 9:00 AM appointment as a new patient (pretty standard to arrive early, especially when you're new) - the doors were locked. I waited a few minutes until I saw a staff member go in. I then attempted to go in and check-in for my appointment but was informed they weren't open yet. Instead of inviting me in to wait until they were ready to check me in, I waited outside on the street. I finally just went inside on my own after waiting about 10 more minutes. After informing the staff I was here for a 9:00 AM appointment, I was asked for my insurance information, but then informed that the doctor was not yet in. They then called him and told me his ETA was 9:30 AM... again, I am emphasizing that I had scheduled a 9:00 AM appointment. So I canceled and left. Staff was extremely rude and unapologetic throughout the entire experience, not to mention how wildly unprofessional it is for the doctor to just not show up for a scheduled visit. Why schedule 9:00 AM appointments if you won't be ready for patients at that time? Or have staff on board that are apathetic and disinterested and could clearly care less about wasting people's time? Obviously I won't be rescheduling at any of their locations. What a terrible way to run a business and to treat people.
