I had an excellent experience at My Eye Doctor! Jason was incredibly patient and helpful during my first contact lens training -- he made the process comfortable and easy to understand, which really helped calm my nerves. Dr. Guo was equally wonderful. She's extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything about my eye health and contact lens options in detail. Her expertise and caring approach made me feel confident that I was in great hands. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish -- highly recommend this office for anyone new to contacts or looking for attentive, professional eye care! They take VSP!

I had a great experience at this location. The reception team was friendly and efficient. During the exam, the technician explained each test and made sure I was comfortable. I found Dr. Neagle to be approachable and thorough, and I appreciated that he didn't shame me for going a little too long between eye exams. When it came time to pick out glasses and process the paperwork, David was incredibly helpful and informative. He made recommendations based on my style preferences, answered all of my questions, and made sure I got the most out of my coverage. Looking forward to coming back!

I appreciate the excellent customer service and care provided by all staff at the Gallery Place location. Mr. Jac'con was particularly awesome in helping me select the right frames for my face-shape. Dr. Posse and the young lady with pink hair were also very helpful.

I've had great experiences here -- it is very easy to schedule and get adjustments as needed on a drop in basis + all the customer support staff are wonderful. I especially appreciate Jason who did my contact lenses first timer class and was extremely patient and helpful and was super great helping me figure out a way to work with long nails haha. Also thank you to David who helped me find the perfect pair of glasses!

Had a great experience with my appointment, Dr. Guo was very thorough with my exam and answered all my questions. Jaccon helped me pick out my new glasses and even cleaned my old pair. Definitely would recommend and will be coming back going forward.

Beware of this location at 650 Massachusetts Ave. NW, suite 140, WDC 20001.......my insurance allows my one free pair of eyeglasses this location was going to charge me for eyeglasses that my insurance covers for me to get free. I'm so glad that I decided to check out other places before making a final decision with this location. The two women at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. But Eric and David have a lot to learn when it comes to customer care, communication and professionalism. At the MyEyeDr location at 939 First St. SE, suite B, WDC 20003........this where I found out that the same Michael Kors and the Karl Lagerfeld eyeglasses that I was going to be charged $$ for at the 650 Massachusetts Ave.NW. I should have gotten without any charges because my insurance covers the cost. I will never be returning to MyEyeDr at the 650 Massachusetts Ave NW location in DC. This is not a trustworthy establishment. I came to them in good faith not to be deceived and taken advantage of. I will be contacting the BBB about this too.

Eric was super informative and helped me make the best decisions for my eye care as a first time user. Appreciate his great advice and wonderful personality. A first rate experience in Eric's care.

I really appreciate the staff at MyEyeDr. The front desk staff is always professional, kind, and helpful, Dr. Guo is always incredibly great at evaluating my eyes and ensuring I have the right prescription-which I've found is surprisingly tough for someone like me with terrible eyes and an incredibly high prescription (read v. expensive eyes). Jaccon was also awesome in getting me kitted up with my contact lens needs. I'm certain normal people with eyeglass needs are in good hands when they come to him. (I just opt out of glasses as someone who is under 45 but needs progressive lenses that even 90 yos would find offensive).Truly, I'd be blind(and lost) without them.
