I've seen Dr. Keith two years in a row now. You can just tell, he absolutely loves his job and it shows through his patient interactions, the time he takes to answer my questions, and his knowledge of the eye. I've never felt rushed and he makes patients feel like his #1 priority. I highly recommend Dr. Keith!

Dr. Ali Ghanbari, is awesome. Very knowledgeable and very informative. He explained everything to me on a very simple level. He does not over prescribe or try to push products or new prescriptions. My wife and I really like him. We actually only prefer to go to him. I had numerous other optometrists. He is the best. The office is very small and efficiently run. Easy to get an appointment. The front desk attendant is very kind and speedy. I plan on coming back next year and will follow him around the DMV of he moves offices.

Avoid this place...the Optical manager is rude and obnoxious.. should be given a lesson in customer service. I called and inquired about cost of an eye exam. I was told the price, made an appointment and arrived for the exam. Upon my arrival, I was told I had to Choose between getting my eyes dilated or a retina test which was an additional $30. I was told I had to choose on of the two which added additional money to the service. At no time did the customer service person inform me of the additional cost prior to my arrival. My only option was to cancel the appointment or pay for the additional service. Then the unprofessional manager decides to read the document to me over the phone as if I was illiterate. I signed it and took the service because I had ALREADY spent time and gas traveling there and needed to get it done. Terrible business practice... more like a bait and switch. Don't give One Vision at this location your business .

I intentionally waited a few months after my appointment to review because at the end of the day, the prescription needs to be accurate (which it was). From the moment we walked in, we had a great experience. The front desk person was very professional and provided me all the paperwork I needed to order my own contacts and glasses. And they do use the puff of air in the eye and have 2 options for dilation in case anyone's wondering. Dr Verteegden examined both me and my daughter and engaged with warmth and professionalism. He wasn't cheesy (sometimes adults get that way because they're not used to engaging with kids) and treated her with an appropriate level of respect. I learned so much from Dr V during my exam, namely why my eyes were dry all the time. He's the first optometrist that introduced me to the concept of the incomplete blink. No kidding - since I've been conscious of it, my eyes have felt loads better (without drops). He explains things so well, and I felt more educated leaving the office. His down to earth attitude is so refreshing! Note: if you are getting glasses for the first time, make sure to ask for the PD measurement if you're wanting to purchase online (wasn't in the paperwork but they don't mind you going back in to get measured). We will definitely return!

Wow, I can SEE again! I booked an appointment online and filled out the questionnaire (highly recommend before visiting). Check in was a breeze, filled out a one sided form, sat down for a minute or two and was ready to see the doctor. Dr. Ali Ghanbari was very helpful and took his time to make sure to answer all my questions. By far, the first doctor ever to help me choose the right contact lenses. I appreciate your work and help! Next vacay Japan!

This is the best place for eyes care. The staff members are amazing and que high quality work they perform is incredibly. I will recommend 100% to come to this place. I will be back anytime I need them.

Great experience. Went to see eye doctor on a Saturday morning. Easy in, easy out. Doctor was great, explained everything to me, and got me setup with new glasses and contacts prescription in less than an hour. Was super happy with whole experience, would definitely recommend.

Great experience with Dr. Ghanbari. Very professional, warm, and he takes the time to answer your questions. The exam with insurance was only $10. There's an option to pay an extra $35 to use an Optomap to get an image of your optic nerve / veins, this allows you to skip dilation. Worked well for me! I would highly recommend these guys, most of the other options out there have pushy sales tactics for overpriced frames/lens, while these guys are actually independent. Yes, they're in a Costco, but they have modern diagnostic tech, good customer service, you can schedule appointments online and fill out paper work online. Definitely give them a shot if you need an optometrist, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the care and great overall experience!
