SEE Georgetown is - without a doubt - a bespoke and individual, yet friendly and accommodating location for high fashion eyewear. Store Manager Brandii helped me directly from the beginning, informing me of ways to save and, with her own impeccable and inimitable style, commenting on the options under consideration for my new frames. She was gentle but clear, honest and communicative, thoughtful and kind. The frames are amazing - clearly this is the design haus that Salt had been emulating a decade ago. I wish I had known about SEE Georgetown when I first returned to the District. An excellent experience well worth the time and coordination. *WELL* worth. Brandii and her colleagues, if you read this, know that my review is just how I feel. You all were a pleasure to work with.

Shiela is the absolute best! She always calls me when new frames come in that she thinks I'll love, and she's usually about 95% right... LOL! She's the reason I got hooked on wearing eyeglasses. I constantly get compliments on my glasses, and it's all thanks to her great eye and expertise. She's funny, knowledgeable, and amazing at matching me with the perfect frames every time. Highly recommend!

I've worn glasses since I was a kid, and my experience today at SEE was hands-down the best eyewear buying experience I've ever had. I was helped by Janelle and her top notch expertise was evident. She patiently helped me find the perfect glasses based on both my face shape and personal style. In addition to having incredibly knowledgeable associates, the vibes at SEE were immaculate. Everyone was exceedingly kind, and a task that could have easily been stressful ended up being a lot of fun. (I'm not sure I've ever laughed so much at an optometrist's office). This is where I'll be buying all my glasses in the future and will not hesitate to recommend this SEE location to my friends.

I receive compliments every week about my glasses and I always say the same thing. Go to SEE and ask for Sheila. Everyone at SEE is wonderful, point blank period. I've had only excellent experiences, including getting a top-notch eye exam. However, Sheila is OUTSTANDING. Not to play on words, but Sheila genuinely SEES you and selects frames that accentuate your features and bring out your personality. I've loved every set she's helped me find (six pairs). I noticed a coworker wearing an amazing pair of blue glasses and she told me she purchased them from SEE in Georgetown. After reading the reviews, I called to make an appointment. Sheila answered the phone and was absolutely fantastic, she got me scheduled right away, and I was able to come in that same evening. During my visit, I also met Janelle, but Sheila was the one who handled my paperwork and helped me select my glasses. Before going in, I had read a few negative reviews mentioning Sheila, so I was curious to see for myself. I can honestly say those reviews did not reflect my experience at all. Sheila is confident, direct, and incredibly efficient. She has a strong personality and is very straightforward, which I personally appreciated. She was in no way rude or disrespectful, just professional, knowledgeable, and no-nonsense. Not every personality will resonate with every customer, but if you value honesty, efficiency, and someone who knows their craft, Sheila is excellent. Dr. DOMINIC BROPHY, O.D. is very young and very cute :) You almost want to think, "what does he know" however, he was kind, gentle and very efficient. I can tell he knows his craft. Their collection of glasses is over the moon. You will be tempted to buy 5 pairs and get one FREE. If you are looking for something over the top, a statement piece... look no further. Yes, I did pay some dollars $$$$$$ but you get what you pay for. Overall, I had an amazing experience. I drove an hour to get here that afternoon based mostly on the reviews and selection of glasses I saw online. Check them out; trust me you will not be disappointed.

She was incredibly patient and kind throughout the process, taking the time to help me find the perfect pair that fit both my style and comfort. What I appreciated most was her honesty -- she gave genuine opinions instead of just trying to make a sale.
