They're very patient. They measure your glasses to your eyes as well as your face they make sure the glasses works for you they allow you to choose your classes but they will help you along the way to make sure everything fits well they adjust your glasses for you they repair your glasses and you don't have a long wait

They constantly LIE about when they're open, they tell you one thing over the phone and then when you show up they're not open. Even when it's before or after their lunch break. Contacted my insurance about them being closed on a day they told me over the phone they were open on literally 3-4 days prior, yet failed to actually call ME and let me know.
