Third visit to Vision Works at dakota Crossing. his is my 2nd visit to Vision Works at Dakota Crossing. Really appreciate the close proximity to my home. The staff person I worked with was professional but had a dry unattached personality. I couldn't give them 5 stars because of this. I'm shocked how expensive lens are even when a customer like me has their own frames. This makes prescription glasses unaffordable for manyvwho have no Vision insurance and who are financially challenged. I do appreciate that Vision Works offers the 50% discount off the 2nd pair. All things considered, I'd recommend this location of Vision Works.

Awesome Doc! Very personable, attention to detail put me at ease and answered all my questions. Nice shop and selection of glasses. I wish the try on frames had been a little cleaner but I imagine it's hard to keep up with. Only one week until I can pick up my new Coach brand eyeglasses. All around great experience. Namaste Tina oh,did I mention that I was in and out in no time? I wasn't rushed,they are just very efficient!

I called around a few different VisionWork stores in the area. None of the other stores were cooperative or accommodating. In an effort to save time and resources on both sides, I asked whether the glasses were in stock. The other stores seemed bothered when I asked for this request. It seemed like it was bother to them. The encounter felt rude. However, Monique at Dakota Crossing was nice and helpful. Monique treated my request respectfully. She was willing to go above and beyond. When I met her in the store, she took care of my issue within 20 minutes. I later found out that she was the manager. If the manager is this respectful, I know the employees will be as respectful. Thank you, Monique.
