Warby Parker Georgetown

I've been a happy Warby Parker customer for over a decade now, but this experience really was amazing. My partner accidentally broke their glasses in half the week of a friend's wedding. We were seriously out of luck. Not only did my partner order new glasses, but when we explained the wedding situation, Shadae and Nina immediately checked the back and found the exact glasses frame. They were able to pop the old lenses into the new frame and problem solved. I cannot recommend this Warby Parker location enough. Such kind employees. Emergency solved! Thank you!!

I have been a regular at the Georgetown Location and I have got to say it has been the most enjoyable experience I've ever had getting glasses. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, great insight on what frames would compliment my face shape. Quick and easy, always in and out. Last but not least shout out to how wonderful and patient Zakiya, Lisa and Anna were on coaching me on contact application. Truly a one of a kind and lovely experience. Will be going back again!

Parker, and I have to give a special shoutout to the Sales Manager, Shadae! From the moment I walked in, she was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Shadae is truly a superstar. Her knowledge, patience, and eye for style made me feel confident in my choices, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Exceptional customer service like this is rare, and it absolutely makes a difference. If you're visiting Warby Parker, ask for Shadae -- you won't be disappointed!

Very Upset with product quality and Customer Service. Very upset with the customer service. I paid and place an order on 09/23/2025 for glasses with prescription. It took 3 weeks to get the glasses made not according to the order-prescription. They replaced them and the replacement was faulty. I request a refund. Finally after long time on the phone agent Roxi, I returned the glasses for refund. As of today 02/26/2025 no refund is made. Another agent Ari promissed to refund today. This company do not deserve even one star.

Overall a great experience! It was easy to schedule an appointment, the exam was easy and efficient with excellent use of modern tech, and the sales associates were friendly and helpful. My appointment couldn't have gone better and I am excited for my new glasses to arrive!

I love this location and sales consultants . I especially enjoyed my time working with Zakiya She was such a delightful and helpful person to work with. She knew the products and understood my needs. I recommend Zakiya and the Georgetown Store every time if your in the market for a new pair of eye wear .

This location was great. Staff we friendly, quick, and super helpful. The eye doctor was also great. She was on time, very efficient in getting the exam done but also took the time to answer my questions and help me understand what she was doing and why. I definitely recommend stopping in here if you need an eye exam and/or new glasses.

My son who is 22yrs old made an appt two weeks ago to visit the location on M Street in Georgetown. We have been patronising Warby & Parker for 4 yrs visiting the different locations throughout DC & MD. This was our first time going to this location. My son appt was for 2:15; he arrived exactly at 2:15pm. He did not know the name of the vision plan and to be honest I didn't know the name either (we don't have actual cards). My son came out to the car as I was parking asking for the name of the plan, I thought I would be able to assist since his plan is under me and we have the same plan. I went into the store and was proceeding to give my information to the person checking in my son I notice my name on the pad (iPad/electronic device) she had in her hand. I told her that was me and if she was able to pull up my information to obtain the name of the plan. There was an older women who intervened in the conversation and said "she would need to find out from the doctor to see if my son would be able to be seen because there is a"FIVE MINUTE" grace period. I informed her he was not late we are getting him checked in, the lady step away came back with in seconds and said the doctor would not be able to see him and he would need to reschedule. Because my son did not look like a preppy or there typical young men who visits that location they (to me) racially profiled my son! They were not trying to assist or help, they even told my son he would have to pay a $95 fee to be see on top of other fees (which I was not worried about) he has insurance and I have FSA. But the way we were treated I will NEVER, I mean NEVER give this brand my business again and would not recommend this store to anyone else!
