Warby Parker Union Market

Everyone knows Warby Parker is an amazing place to get glasses and an eye exam. The icing on the cake is the staff at this location is so friendly and personable. They made the process ridiculously efficient. All the staff are truly amazing, but Jasmine is above and beyond.

I'm super disappointed in this store and especially for just wanting a final prescription for contacts. I went in for my eye exam first and Dr. Patel was incredibly nice. I paid for my exam after insurance and even asked the front desk if I was set. When I was on my way back home they called me in a very rude tone that I need to come back and pay for something I did not pay for, as if I was stealing a service. They had forgotten to charge me for an eye scan. This was incredibly unprofessional and I had to stop my car to pay by giving my credit card details since I was too far from the store to go back and the store would not let me pay any other way. I came back on my contacts follow up and the contacts that arrived didn't seem to align with my vision. And that's okay, I understand and I scheduled another follow up. I came here in the middle of my work day all the way from Maryland and arrived at around 11:57 for an appointment at 11:50 and was told I need to reschedule. When I asked why they said because I'm late. I do not understand if I said something wrong or looked too confused but I'm a paying cooperative customer not new to glasses. I don't know why they seem so rude and stand offish. I did not do anything to warrant such treatment.

Super helpful! I went in to get my legs of my frames tightened. The very helpful optometrist, Nikia, kindly suggested I get new nose pads as well. She also ran the frames through a washer they have! Very grateful as the oil and dirt from my face had been building up. A pleasant experience. Will be back again.

The associates are very helpful and knowledgable. It was very easy to order new glasses with my prescription in person in the store. They told me my insurance options and everything. Can't wait for my glasses to arrive!

This location was great! The staff are super friendly and helpful. I got seen on time for my appointment and had a great experience picking new lenses! The office was clean and very conveniently located to the metro stop. Definitely will come back next year!

Updated review - Tried again and much better this time around! Emily was my in-person tech and Digna my virtual tech and Dr. Z - all great! Just wish this place had a bathroom! Original review - 2 stars Pretty disappointed. I've been here before and had a good experience, but this time was really frustrating. My appointment was at 3:45 and after waiting around for about 20 minutes and I had asked what is taking so long because I need to pick up my kids at five and they said they couldn't guarantee me to be in and out by five even though my appointment was at 3:45. They said they've been having technical difficulties all day. Which I understand that happens, but they should've informed me so I could plan... I got plenty of text reminders about my appointment so they could've texted me to let me know they were running behind on their appointment times. Not cool. I don't appreciate my time being wasted.

Went a few months ago to get glasses for my husband. Nikia made sure they were in the store before we got out of DC. Almost a year later, both lenses and frame are still intact. My husband is visually impaired so good quality and thin lenses are really important- this is the place to go!

The Union Market location was great. The staff on 10/27 were amazing (I forgot their names). Very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in thinking I needed regular glasses and sunglasses but we talked over the options and went with the transition lenses. 30 day return/exchange made the decision simple. Would recommend .
