So i can't post a review for the Optical Shop, but it is connected to the eye clinic. I paid for the upgraded version of the eye glasses i need. Twice they sent it to me with scratched lenses. Don't waste your money or your time. Just get your script elsewhere. They won't even refund your money, so your stuck just getting them replaced. VA is VAing again.

Ever since the pandemic the eye clinic has been almost impossible to get a hold of. The eye store is worst. They go to work but never answer the phones and God forbid if you knock on the door and you don't have an appointment. People need to see!
PS: By the way that's the wrong phone number listed for them (probably on purpose).

The VA don't deserve the one star given. Someone really need to look into this. My husband has been trying to make an appointment over the phone for week and the phone is never answered. Our veterans deserve more respect than this.
