Bad experience not for anyone who speaks English, comprised of Spanish speakers only save for the eye doctor who has his/her own schedule. It's not bad for the fact that the service was terrible it was middle ground but for the fact that the communication is poor and they don't tell you things that you should know before trying to get things done . They also overcharge on glasses not on stock how would you bill my insurance 300$ on frames alone when I can buy them for 88$ hmm .

I've gone to this location for a long time but I've had a bad experience with my son's prescription glasses. I did the test back on October 16 and they told me that it should take around 3 weeks for glasses to arrive and I was fine with that. Like 5 weeks later they hadn't called so I call them to ask and they said there still not ready. Fast forward to 2 months later and they're still not ready and they keep giving me the runaround blaming the holidays for the glasses taking long. So I call the insurance because at this point I want to find out what's the issue. Turns out this location didn't even went the prescription to the lab until December 16. Really unprofessional I will not be returning here.

Great place to go & get your prescription eye wear

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. NOBODY SPEAK ENGLISH. THEY DON'T BOTHER TO TRY TO COMMUNICATE. APPOINTMENT WAS AT 1PM AND I DIDN'T GET SEEN UNTIL 2:25PM, IT WAS ONLY 5 PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE. DOCTOR IS VERY SARCASTIC WHEN VOICING EYE PROBLEMS. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Took my son to this place and was very happy with the service. The doctor is friendly and all the staff are bilingual (English and Spanish). Leyi and Brenda were great with my son. They did everything they could to find me the best price for my budget. Thank you!

I used to go here for my kids prescriptions and their glasses would be ready within a week. Last time I went though they told me 3 weeks for my sons glasses to be ready but if I wanted them done in less than a week I would have to pay an additional 90 dollars. I decided to wait the 3 weeks and more than a month later my sons glasses still aren't ready and when I call they have no answers and tell me to continue waiting. They literally have no idea where my sons glasses are, wouldn't surprise me if they never sent the prescription in the first place. So, if you're in immediate need of glasses don't go here unless you're willing to wait 2+ months for a pair of glasses. I used to go here with no issues but maybe it's new management. Either way, waiting 2 months for glasses is unacceptable.

I wanted to share how terrible the customer service is. My mother was sent by her insurance to get her eyes checked. She spoke on the phone with a representative for almost 2hours reguarding her appointment and insurance acceptability. She comes in for her appointment to find out that they said they did not accept her insurance. Taking the time and effort to go to Eye fashion optical place just for the representative at the front desk to say no we can not take you. However I call my moms insurance and they do accept her insurance. This place is bias and would not take my mom for various reasons. She is up in age and did not deserve to be treat inhuman. They did not to help her with information and gave no answers why they booked her the appointment and verified her insurance while with on the phone making the appointment for 2 hour. This is completely unacceptable for citizens with proper insurance. I don't not recommend this place if you are not of Spanish culture. This will be told to all my clients of how this company treated my 63 year old mother. And reported to Humana. I will do a grievance.
