I had a few pair of glasses that I loved the frame but the lenses needed to be updated, Brett was amazing and got me hooked up. I'm so happy and will definitely be back. I highly recommend them. Quality products that didn't break the bank. I've spent so much money in the past on progressive lenses and be unable to wear them only to have the manufacturer tell me there wasn't anything wrong with them and refuse to correct them, I took those same glasses to Brett and he was able to get them done right so I can wear them now. I'm extremely pleased!

While the lense corrections are correct. They are in the wrong eye glass frames that my wife and I picked out on the same day. I kept talking about the aviator frames that I picked out and my wife kept talking about hers with the notches in the sides. I suspect that they are unisex frames. They were switched and there is no doubt. I was not given a resolution; just told that's what we ordered. I did tell them if we return next year we will take photos wearing the frames we ordered. Honest mistake I'm sure. Just wish it could have been resolved.
