Had an appointment this morning. They wanted to charge me a $10 co pay which I don't pay co payments for in network which they said they were. I said ok bill me & I'll call my insurance. Then I get called to the exam room & the girl was very firm on saying I refused to pay a co payment & was saying I would be charged $75 for an exam that's not needed at this point. Very unprofessional and fresh. I walked out as I would never want to be seen in an office that treated patients in this way.

The doctors and staff were all exceptional. The only issue was with the Surgical Counselor. She showed me my options...
Premium $4950 per eye or Enhanced $2650 per eye or basic Medicare covered. I told her financially the first two were not an option for me. Her response was "well you know glasses are expensive." She was not pleased with me. I don't know if she gets a percentage of the Premium and Enhanced but her response to me was not appreciated.

I have been dealing with an eye issue since the age of five and every doctor that I have ever seen could never figure out what was going on. It wasn't until I came to Florida and my PCP referred me to Quigley Eye Specialist. It didn't take them but just a few minutes after their testing I had a name to my disease I had it program medication things that I need to do on a daily basis regarding my eye disease. On another visit just for my regular check up found out that I had cataracts, and it was time for me up the surgery if I wanted it to have new lenses so I wouldn't have to wear glasses. Again, those doctors. That do that department did a fantastic. Here lately, I've been suffering from a sty in my eye that will just not Get better. I had to call the emergency line on a Sunday I was there Monday morning they looked at and referred me to surgeon to remove this sty which is tomorrow. They told me about he would be doing the. And how long they worked with, and gave me the again that quickly I Center has taken care of me! Here is a picture of my recent issue.

I walked in with pain behind my eyes, and Dr. Prickett could not have been more thorough with his many analysis and explanations. His staff were also wonderful with a gentle demeanor and respectful manner. I received all the answers I need and I was scheduled for a follow up in two days to be sure all is going well. I would highly recommend this office and practice.

I drove with traffic about an hour to the Bonita Springs for my 3:00pm appointment. I was seen pretty quick by the tech that does the work up which was about 15 minutes. But I didn't see my doctor until 4:45. He was great spending 10 minutes with me confirming our next course of action to make another appointment in six months. I didn't see my appointment as being productive for the time. Spent. I will need to find a Quigley office closer to home.

Personable and efficient staff. From the intake forms, Scott Prickett was familiar with my medical history , thus was able to efficiently diagnose and treat the problem I had . His casual manner and expression of concern were as important as the recommendations he made and the antibiotic he prescribed.
