Just finished checkup with Dr Wiggins after second cataract surgery. He (and this entire practice -- including Dr Prickett) is amazing. TOTAL focus on the patient and their needs, and everyone from the receptionists to the techs to the surgeons take the time to answer all questions and make sure you are doing well. I feel extremely lucky that I was referred to this group, just days after moving here.

Seems this office has removed my review. Staff was very rude. Stating I had a co pay of $10, I said bill me and when I get home I'll call my insurance & if I owe the $10 I'll pay it. Then I get called into the exam room and this very nasty lady brings up I refused to pay my co pay, nice way of being welcomed as a new patient. She continued with since you refused to pay $10 there a $75 lense check. I said I'm not here for a lense check & before I could say why I was there she says are you here for glucose or retna. I'm here to get my cataract checked & I have dry eye. My regular eye dr in NY said to see a specialist. She said this isn't NY & what's a specialist. Couldn't believe this how patients are treated in this office so I walked out. There are plenty of eye specialist out there I don't need to be treated this way.
