America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I've been going here since they first opened the location and it was always a great experience. Well this weekend I went for my 1pm appt and was 11mins late due to an accident. And they told me that I would have to reschedule my appointment. As if when I go I'm not already sitting waiting to be seen for over that amount of time. I had literally drove 45mins to the location because of their excellent service. I've never been to a facility that doesn't offer a grace period. Needless to say I'll NEVER return to that location!

My wife and I both purchased 2 pairs of glasses at the same time. She received both of hers prior to the estimated delivery date and I received 1 of mine at the same time. I thought great. The day the glasses did not arrive on the day they were supposed to. When I asked about the delay I was told it was due to UPS delays. I pointed out that we received 3 of the 4 pairs and the reply to that was Different frames and prescriptions get sent to different labs. I ordered 2 pairs with the same frame and prescription. Hmmm... Three days later I called to see if they arrived to find that they were hoping for them to arrive today. Then we had the same exact interaction as the other day. Blame the delivery service then the different frames and prescriptions go to different labs excuse while I still ordered two pairs with the same frames and prescription. While speaking to the manager I decided that I do not want to do business with Americas Best and returned the pair I had to receive a refund. She did at that time offer to compensate me but, I declined. I dropped the pair that I had off for the refund. (it's a couple of hours later and the refund is not pending as of yet) (received refund days later)After leaving the manager called and said that I can have the refund and still get the glasses. Yes this sounds crazy but, I declined the offer since I do not want to do business with them. I rather have been told the truth when inquiring as to where the glasses were than be given excuses that made no sense. Managers in general need to learn that not everyone is looking to be "compensated" many people like me are looking for good honest service. I will be purchasing my glasses where I can get honest service.

The staff here was very very caring. My daughter had fallen and caused damage to her eyeglasses. They were able to fix it for us in just a few minutes. I highly recommend them.

I must say, best experience as far as getting glasses in my 40+ years of wearing. I was examined and had 2 frames picked out in less than one hour, came back and picked up 12 days later and I love both pairs!! Can read fine print on everything, loving it! Great job!!

Honestly, I had some issues throughout the process but Mia made it SO worth it. I felt heard and valued. Please see the process through because they are a good value and the end product is worth it. Thank you Mia for being amazing!

Love this location!! Amber at the front desk was so pleasant and patient with me from the moment I walked into my appointment. She took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me some great advice passed down from her mother! Very personable making my experience here so easy. I ended up getting two pairs of glasses with cases! Fast forwarding I had to come back to get my glasses adjusted and Elena and Amber again very pleasant and helpful good laughs great atmosphere thank you both and the rest of the staff and doctor are outstanding! I drive over 35 min to get here from my business!! I see excellent staff when I see it!! Thank you again!!

Excellent service! Love the optometrist! Absolutely beautiful eyewear! Everyone is so helpful & the prescription eyewear was done RIGHT.

The poor service i received in this store was horrible. The girl with the black hair needs to be fired. I do not recommend this store and my friends will not go here either.
