This place is WONDERFUL! Everyone is so helpful. I have had both my glasses and contacts exams and orders from here and it's a smooth and accurate experience. I recently asked about 'Medium' glasses- Nicole was FANTASTIC. She worked with the Dr.- I didn't even need to come in for an additional exam! Very reasonably priced and now I can read my band music!
Love this place so much! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I see Dr. Paige Laudicina and Dr. Brad Laudicina, and both Doctors are very experienced professionals that take their time with explanations and are on point resolving my contact lenses and eyeglasses issues that I've had over the years. I'm very pleased and happy with their services and wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

All staff are courteous and friendly. The facility was clean and the selection of designer eyewear was well laid out and expansive. Doctor Paige Laudicina was thorough and took time to explain eye function, vision issues and eye health. No pressure to purchase new glasses. This was my first visit to this facility and I am very pleased and can't say enough good things about them. They are my new go to eye care experts!

Dr. Brad Laudicina and the optometrist staff I dealt with were so kind and helpful! I came in to have cataracts checked and had many questions. These were all patiently and thoroughly discussed with Dr. Laudicina. I would totally recommend the Eye Center/Dr. Brad to anyone!

Dr. Brad is excellent and very thorough in his explanations. Unfortunately, the front-desk staff are unreliable. While they are friendly in person, they are unresponsive by phone and repeatedly make billing mistakes. I would only recommend this office if you're prepared to deal with poor follow-up.
Why:
1. I was promised three callbacks and never received one. A simple contact lens order took nearly two months.
2. The staff omitted my insurance credit on my second visit. I called twice--once was told to leave a voicemail, and another time was promised a callback. No one followed up, despite acknowledging the error.
3. One staff member spoke in a passive-aggressive manner over the phone, which was frustrating and unprofessional, and made me feel as though I was being unreasonable for questioning an error they had made while I was simply trying to understand and resolve it.
Great doctor, but the staff experience seriously detracts from the care.
